“Pleasant stay”

The staff were friendly and courteous andMary went beyond what I expected. Very helpful. The only recommendation I could make to future guests would be to bring your own soap. Their's is v small & harsh.

“Clean & efficient - great deal for the price”

This hotel is inexpensive, but it's clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff is courteous and efficient. I had no complaints, and would definitely stay here again. The internet service worked well, and they also offer a free basic breakfast - cereal, bread and pastries, and (I think) waffles. The breakfast was so-so, but it's what I'd expect for the price. As for location, this hotel isn't in the heart of London, but it is easy to find, and it's located near a large mall and some restaurants, if that kind of thing is what you're looking for.

“great value, great staff”

Great value, Expedia often has really good rates to offer at this location. The staff of the Howard Johnson is out to make things better, we've stayed there several times and each time there's been something fixed up, improved with the place. It is easy, simple and usually very very affordable to stay there.
