Great location, ok price. Room size is not bad for London, room is clean, shower and hot water are nice. Our room was quiet until the last night someone stayed next door, but this is no guarantee in any hotel. Overall experience is good.

Great Location, perfect for overnight stay
Good value by London standards in a convenient location with clean rooms. Perfect if you just want a comfortable nights sleep and don't intend to spend time in the room.

The property is super well located, lots of commerce and great transportation. The room was Ok for the price... The only bad thing was the bathroom door, which was very hard to open .

Simple but clean and great value
Somewhat underwhelming on arrival, however extremely clean and well serviced each day. Breakfast was kept fresh and was more than adequate. Friendly breakfast room staff and room staff. More B&B than hotel but great value by comparison.

No sleep.
Such a shame, the room was spotless, a great location and nice facilities, however the large french windows in my room didn't shut properly meaning it was extremely noisy all night and I didn't get much rest. I did show the staff member who was very nice and tried to fix the issue but wasn't able to. I'm sure the other rooms are quieter!

Tight spaced basement room - could be better
I was disappointed when that we were placed in a basement room, next to the stairs. In the mornings it was very loud, with everyone having to come down the stairs, and walk past our room, to go to the breakfast area. The shelf in the bathroom, underneath the mirror, was loose and at an angle - making it impossible to place anything on there, as it would slide off. Not much room/space around the bed - I kept on banging into the radiator. (The bed’s placed in a tight corner of the room). Plus sides... The room was warm and clean, and the hotel was in a good location, which suited our needs. I’d consider staying again, but perhaps not down in a ‘tight and noisy’ basement room!

Spacious but ask for a room which faces outside
A really nice hotel with rooms larger than others I've stayed in when visiting London. My only real issue was that my room, although nicely set out had an interior rather than an exterior facing wall. Aside from the lack of natural light, when combined with a (very nice and recently installed) shower, the room will have issues with damp going forward. There was an initial smell of damp when I arrived. I left the extractor fan on in the bathroom for a longer period to compensate but other guests may not. I'd suggest the management keep an eye on this.

Convenient hotel for a concert in Hyde park. We had ground floor room with no outlook and bed was extremely hard but overall was ok for overnight stay

Small room needing new carpet but a decent shower
Rainfall shower was a plus, however the room was small, no view window, shower door swung open in a way that didn’t give much room to enter it. Carpet stained. Good for a quiet night sleep, but that’s it.

On the positive side ... it is a good location, the room had good lighting with an electric outlet close to a mirror. Plenty of soap/lotion etc On the negative side the floor in my room was quite dirty & the bed was uncomfortable. The place was quite noisy which I'm sure seemed worse than it was because it was difficult to fall asleep on the uncomfortable bed.

Room was too small. I didn't even have enough space to put my big bag neither on the floor nor anywhere else. The only place was on the floor by the bed, but then I had to jump over it to the bed. The check in receptionist was great, but in the afternoon the other one booked a cab for me for the next morning with the company which is almost two times more expensive then other taxi companies.

All London hotels are small, but there was a spacious bathroom and the bedroom was good for a sole traveller like me. Very clean, close to 2 Tube stations and lots of restaurants. Breakfast worth the cost. A lift was a bonus, as I following an injury, I can no longer carry a suitcase up stairs comfortably. Would definitely stay here again.

No comfort hotel -- don't stay
Our room is on the ground level and each time someone enters the hotel and closes the door, our entire room shakes -- not a place for comfort and relaxation. And we can't even ask for ice from the reception because there's no refrigerator in the entire hotel. The receptionist is not very helpful; she acts like a robot who can only answer a yes or no question. In fairness, the location is a few blocks away from the subway station. But don't stay here; there are many hotels nearby with the same price point.

There is literally zero soundproofing in this hotel. You hear the people above you, the people next to you coughing and talking, and every little thing that happens outside. We had the worst sleep. Do not stay here

I don't want to come across like this is the worst hotel to stay at- If they would do the following the experience at the hotel could be great -1.Get better mattress and bed pillows in the rooms- 2.Remove the carpet in the room-it's utility carpet -just put down laminate floor 3.Room décor -better art work -get rid of flat toss pillow- 4.Front desk not inviting -open up the front desk section -So.you are more welcoming to your guest -keep the front door closed-While I was there they added the red planters out side-nice touch! Since,you don't have a restaurant -you should work with locate restaurants that would deliver to the hotel-for those who would want to have a night in - The room was very clean and they kept the room very clean fro my entire stay -I was there for 10 days-Truly appreciate that-thank you!!! When a guest checks out 1.thank them for their stay offer a receipt for the stay-as if they need taxi or transport-it's a way to welcome them back to stay- Great for short stay-

Good over night stay in Bayswater area
A nice small hotel in a well restored building in an area with many similar hotels. High quality beds, simple breakfast in a small breakfast area in the cellar and no other areas to sit down and socialize - but ackommodation definitly fulfils its aim.

Nice Hotel
A well situated hotel in Bayswater close to public transport. Bed was comfortable however room is quite cramped especially if travelling with two large suitcases. Good wifi and breakfast was very nice.

Good location
A clean bright well maintained hotel. Our room was air conditioned, with just enough room for two. The staff were good. The breakfast was very basic and not much choice. If this could be improved, I would be able to really recommend this hotel. We have stayed here several times over the years and may return when next in London.
