“Wonderful Stay”

Excellent location and service. It's one block away from a Tube station with a Starbuck and s grocery store across the street. They were very accommodating and responsive with requests for extra towels, glasses, etc. The rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped. Will definitely stay here again when we visit next.

The hotel is located within walking distance of many historical places. The underground is maybe a 3 minute walk to hotel. The hotel is well staffed, very clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. If you get in too early you can leave your baggage, go out and come back at check-in time. Ask for a transformer so you can use your electric items. The hotel supplied it with no charge.

“Very good location”

Particularly enjoyed the Starbucks right across the street for early morning coffee and muffins. Half block to buses and Underground. Excellent service from concierge.

Very pleasant hotel. Good location. Short walk to tube and Buckingham Palace. One of the two elevators is still does not work.

We were very pleased with the Holiday Inn-London Mayfair. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful. The location (around the corner from the Green Park tube station) was absolutely perfect for all of our treks through London. We will definitely return.

Wonderful helpful staff. Fabulous location, very close to many of the major sites - tube station very close by. Nice bar/appetizers in the lobby. Rooms were decent sized for London. A/C was weak, but standard for London. I would definitely return and highly recommend. Several eateries close by with wide selection and prices.

“Best location with 2 double beds”

We had a terrible time finding a hotel with 2 double beds for our family of 4. Our room was almost American sized, which says alot for London. The location couldn't have been better. We took the tube from the airport directly to the hotel. We were within walking distance of Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Picadilly Circus, etc. We did not eat at the hotel, there were plenty of pubs/restaurants nearby, even a Hard Rock Cafe. Across the street is a Starbucks and a small supermarket. The elevators both worked, which was a common complaint for other travelers. It was very clean and has been renovated. My only complaint was that the mattresses were too soft and the electronic minibar had very little room for extras. We managed to wedge a small jug of milk in, so we could have cereal and pastries for breakfast with tea from the hot pot. I spent many hours researching hotels and apartment rentals looking for a good deal with more room. This was the least expensive hotel with the best reviews I could find. We would stay there again.

“Excellent Accomodations!”

Hotel is located in the heart of Mayfair. Close to Green Park tube station. Within walking distance of Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Green & Hyde Park. Many dining options within short distance. Room was a double and was very clean and comfortable. AC did not cool as well as we would like (nor did it meet the temperature it indicated), but it was not hot in room. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and all equipment worked as it should. Staff was very friendly and met our needs well. There are at least two food stores (one on Piccadilly & one on Berkely St (not Boots)) nearby if you would like to save a bit of money. The refrigerator in the room is tiny however and is stocked with mini bar type items. Not much room for storage if you want to keep food in there. All in all we had a wonderful time and the stay at this hotel was marvelous. Can't beat it for the money and location.
