“Overnight for layover”
Very helpful front desk and employees. Food was quite expensive and not plentiful, Deli Steak Sandwich was very little meat and a lot of bread. Drinks at the bar were reasonable. Pub down the street was a much better bargain and good food, worth the walk (even in the cold). Room was very comfortable and suprisingly quite, climate control worked well as the window wouldn't open. Bathroom was clean and well supplied. Tub was EXTREMELY slippery and made for an uncomfortable shower. All in all very pleasant experience, would recommend to anyone and will stay again if the situation arises.
“Easy, fit for purpose and close”
Only there for an onernight stopover - presumably what the hotel was set up to cater for. All good. Check in was relatively quick and painless. Good selecetion of food and drink at reasonable prices. Don't think I would have paid the 'full' tarif advertised in the hotel tho', it was nearly 3 times what I found it for on Expedia. Journey from LHR took 20mins on the bus shuttle #£7 rtn pp#. Journey to T3 took 10mins.
“Nice place for a overnight!”
The Holiday Inn at Heathrow was a great place for an overnight stay if you are traveling through. It would not be a good place to if you were sight seeing in London due to the location but overall a very nice hotel. The staff were fantasitic and very helpfull. It was just far enough away from the airport that you did not hear airplanes all night but close enough for a cheap cab ride. They will even set up a cab ride for you or direct you how to get to the airport by bus. I would stay again, but only if I was traveling through.
“Holiday Inn Heathrow”
The hotel is well maintained and very convenient to the Piccadilly Line which will take you into Central London.
“A little diamond!”
What a great little place! Had the sophistication of a larger hotel but the coziness of a B&B. Very welcoming hotel, great location for transit between flights. I had a bar snack which was delightful, very reasonably priced plus a generous portion too. Buffet also looked good but I didn't want a large meal. Would certainly recommend this hotel without hesitation and given the opportunity will definitely stay there again. Took the Hoppa from Terminal 1 which cost $4 - probably could have walked, but per British weather, it was raining! Hoppa took about 10 minutes travel time, it was a Sunday morning and traffic was light.
“Fits the purpose”
This is a great hotel for those who, like me on this occasion, needed to be very close to Heathrow for an early flight. The hotel is well kept and comfortable, the bed was soft and there was a choice in pillows. Overall a very good business hotel, and they did have a restaurant and bar , which made it very convenient. The room numbering is weird, as it's common throughout the UK. Ask directions to your room. I would stay there again. Good value for the price.
“Clean, Close to Airport, Cheap for What I Paid For”
Overall, my stay was good. Everything was super clean. The staff at times seemed overwhelmed, but I think it was mostly because of the holiday season. They were very polite and respectful. I had to pay extra for internet, but I am told that is pretty normal. Overall, it was good, and for the amount of money I paid, I think I basically got what I paid for.

lovely hotel with comfortable, spacious room. Only stayed one night pre early flight next day. Didn't relise there are 3 Holiday Inns in close proximity, went to the wrong one first.We were surprised to find that you had to pay carpark charges when staying as a guest of the hotel.
“Excellent choice for early morning flights.”
The hotel was very easy to get to by a variety of means. We took the local bus, which was free. Our only difficulty was finding the entrance when walking. The hotel was very clean and modern. The evening buffet offered a very good selection. The next morning it was raining so we took a taxi to the airport. The taxi was outside waiting and it only took 5 minutes to reach our terminal. I would definitely stay here again, any time I had an early morning flight.
