“Holiday Inn Heathrow Ariel - value for money”
Helpful & friendly staff; forgot my toothbrush and one was delivered to the room within a few minutes of my call for help ! Price was incentive to book this hotel and I would happily stay there again if flying from Heathrow.
“Well located”
Very cheap for much better quality room than similarly priced Travelodge. Hartlington Corner bus stop opposite served by many buses inside the Heathrow Free Bus Zone. Stayed there because used Green Motion car hire, which I also recommend, though they are moving to the Holiday Inn further away.

Met and exceeded expectations. Great hotel for a short layover around LHR.
“Nice stay”
Staff were excellent, usual small rooms for us and our 6 yo but have to expect that with a double hotel room. Lovely dinner and good value breakfast. Brilliant for stop over in London, shuttle buses run regularly to all terminals, buy a ticket at the hotel machine and save 50p each. Double glazed windows means you hear very little.

“A long layover in London”
The hotel allowed us to have a late check-out since our flight was not leaving until the following evening. When I booked the hotel I thought it might be within walking distance but we had to take a shuttle. Allow enough time to return since it was at least 30 minutes. I would definitly stay here again under similar circumstances.

“Holiday Inn Heathrow--Great Value and Service”
Our visit to London (myself and two teenagers) was a non-stop busy trip, and our hotel was well-suited to our purpose. Although it was a bit far from central London (about a 20 minute Tube ride), buses came almost to the front door and transportation was not a problem. (Take the bus from Harlington Corners to the Hatton Cross or Hounslow Tube stations for quick, cheap transport to London). Heathrow was very convenient (we used the Hoppa to get to the hotel, but you don't have to spend that money if you don't want to--just use the free city bus service from Terminal 4). The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, and although the food at the restaurant/bar was expensive it was good. Tea and coffee are provided in the room, as well as internet access (if you don't have a laptop, the internet access is a bit expensive downstairs--about $5 US for 15 minutes). All in all, this is a great hotel if you're not spending all your time in central London, or if you don't mind the bus/Tube rides to get there.
“When staying in Heathrow, this hotel will be my first choice.”
Excellent service of the hotel stuff. I have arrived to the hotel early in the morning and I had to run to a meeting. A room was notavailable. The person in the reception has done it almost to provide me with a room for refreshment. Free public transportation from near by to Heathrow Central Bus station and to the Tube station.
