To be woken up at 8AM on a Sunday morning because they're renovating the room next to ours was quite frustrating. And hardly getting a "sorry" from the front desk when explained the situation was way below my expectations. Bar/restaurant closed at 4PM Saturday is also disappointing.

There was broken glass in the pool mu sons and i cut are feet in the pool, i went to my car for a smoke and there were people in the parkade doing drugs not the best neighborhood at night, and after checking out i was charged extra with no explanations

The front desk staff were extremely helpfull when the forst room they gave us was not what we had booked they quickly got us into a king size room and were super kind and cooperative while doing it.

The prorperty is very old and parking was unsecure and very limited parking. They are charging for parking without any security of vehicles. The access to the garage was locked whcih made it very inconvenient to get to the hotel.

Not a great area. Our room got downgraded from what we had booked. Parking lot is not secure at all. The arms were broken so anyone could get in and out. Towels in room were dirty as well as the tub. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The staff were the only good part of this hotel.
