“Spring in London”
Good location next to tube station, breakfast first class although dining room quite small (latecomers eat in the bar area), room and bathroom very well appointed Good value for money for long weekend break
“VERY WELL LOCATED”

“great staff, good room”
Got back from a night in london, and i have to say this hotel was fantastic. The room was great and ther staff and especially the bar person who i believe was call happy were superb. The only down side was both tube stations near the hotel were close for the duration of the trip. Still it was only a short walk through hyde park to another sation. I would defiantly recommend this hotel, thank for a great visit Almost forgot the breakfast was amazing.
“Hilton Hyde Park”
The hotel was in an excellent location, near the tube, buses in front and tour pick up location. The staff was very helpful, especially the ladies at the front desk and also Atilla was most helpful. They made our trip special and we thank them for all of their help. The breakfast each morning was outstanding. I would stay there again if visiting London. We were visiting with friends and they had some specific problems with medication and the staff went above and beyond to help with the problem.
“Highly recommended”
Excellent restaurant services, clean rooms, convenient location, highly recommended. The bed is a bit uncomfortable.
“Excellent value - amazing service.”
Probably the best service I have experienced at any hotel. The check in was fast, efficient and extremely friendly and helpful. Bar, restaurant and breakfast service was also efficient and charming. Well trained, well motivated staff, good breakfast - all in all excellent value for money,
“Perfect Vacation Location”
Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helped us find all of our desired destinations as well as helped us with anything else that we needed. They do offer excursions that you can book at the front desk if you did not do so prior to arrival. The accommodations themselves were not like those found in the US but they were perfect for our European Vacation. Everything was very clean and well lit inside. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant but we did order room service which was excellent. The movie rentals on the TV are limited from what you might find in the US but my mother and I were able to find one or two movies to rent and usually found a movie on regular TV to watch at night before bed. The Tube (Metro) is VERY close by and mostly we walked around and enjoyed the city of London, which is very clean and very safe (we would walk back to the hotel just before midnight and felt very safe to do so). We love London and would love to return to stay at the Hilton Hyde Park Hotel again.
“Hotel Staff exceptional”
We had an excellent stay in this hotel. The staff were very good, efficient and helpful. Very convenient, next to Queensgate tube station but did not experience any noise. We had a room at the rear of the hotel, offered a park view room but this overlooked a very busy road and may have been noisy. Breakfast included and was excellent.
“Great location, value”
The staff at the front desk and the concierge were very helpful with information and reservations. Terrific breakfast buffet and wait staff as well. Hotel is across from Hyde Park, and adjacent to a tube station - both are great conveniences for a short holiday weekend. Rooms were small but well fitted-out. Showers on the small side, but it's an older building with a lot of retrofit. Everything in nice condition and very clean. Great value with weekend discounts - definitely worth a repeat.
“Exceeded expectations”
I have never received better service at a hotel than we did at this one. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and seemed very concerned about making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is very conveniently located. Its out of the way of the center of London and right across the street from Hyde Park. The tube stop is right around the corner from the hotel entrance. The food at the restaurant was very good.
