Dear Lee-Ann, I am sorry to hear you felt let down i can understand how frustrated you may have felt. The receptionist was right in highlighting there are three ways to reach the different terminals, unfortunately on occasion the hoppa bus (not run by the hotel) is not always the most reliable option and something out of our control. The taxi cost are 25 for a standard car to a terminal, this also includes the Heathrow drop off charge. We will however share your feedback with the team and ensure everything is communicated properly to all our guests.
