Pros: so so
Cons: facilities written above
Location: the london zoo,the British museum, city excursion and so on watching a premier league game and a musical
I was impressive with kind hotel staff but the facilities such as bath and ventilation were rather poor.

Good bargain, comfortable, fairly convenientPosted 24-Mar-2014
The Haven Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff helped us check-in before the normal time, expediting the cleaning of our room. The room was small but not unusually so for a bargain in London. There was a lift for baggage. For security, keys are left at the desk when leaving the premises. The Haven is fairly convenient to Marylebone Station for trains and Underground. The neighborhood around it is fascinating and seems to have a large Lebanese population.

HAVEN, NOT HEAVENTPosted 15-Sep-2013 on Hotels.com
Location wise it is a very good Hotel. But, other facilities - no drinking water, small rooms, no chair in room, no extra electric connection even to charge your mobile and laptop, etc..... On a positive note, Good Breakfast and Wireless Internet Connection are available here. Can be considered if some one is travelling for a day to two trip... and alone of course, not with family.

Great Location - Thats About it!Posted 23-Jul-2013 on Hotels.com
I hated every minute of it. We arrived, to be informed that I had to leave my car key at reception, so that 'whoever' could move my car as and when necessary. I declined the offered, after requesting that a safe spot be found for which a spot was found. The first twin room they offered us was on the small side. The second was a little better but still not satisfactory. Overall, the hotel needs a full refurb and should be called Bed & Breakfast not Hotel as it is certainly not.

Won't stay here again!Posted 12-Jul-2013
Pros: Nothing - if we could have moved elsewhere we would have. This is not a place to take a family.
Cons: Too much to list.
Perhaps my expectation was not right and I have paid more for an OK hotel but this place is not up to any standard. So many things were wrong. 1. We were given the key to our room only to find it wasn't ready when we arrived and we had to leave our bags in reception (not locked away) for several hours until the room was ready. 2. The room was not clean 3. Lots of things didn't work, lights bulbs out, toilet didn't flush properly, bathroom door need big shove to open. Day 1, we came back at night to find the window to the outside courtyard was left unlocked Day 2, we came back at night to find our room door agar Day 3, not all towels provided We had 2 adult and 2 boys in this room and we had booked a family room but it was really a double room with two single beds squeezed in. It was very difficult to move around the room. Because the window opened to the courtyard we weren't prepared to leave it open while sleeping so the the room was very hot and stuffy. One morning someone in the courtyard reached through the curtain of the open window!

The rooms are bare bones but the amenities are good. The free breakfast and internet are both welcome additions. The rooms were spartan but okay for the price.

Great people - poor facilityPosted 26-Jun-2013 on Hotels.com
The staff did the best they could but the rooms and other amenities were lacking. Internet access was slow and unreliable. Breakfast was great and the hard-working staff were friendly and attentive. Close to main rail and underground stations.

Not great for familiesPosted 8-May-2013
Booked a family room, which on arrival was not available. We were then given two rooms which made life difficult with a young family. The Hotel is in need of lots of TLC.
