Hotel was clean, easy to find from the station. However the walls are very thin. I couldn’t sleep all night because the man in the room above me was on the phone the entire night! I heard every word he was saying, he never stopped talking.

Location is normal, room was very small, no sockets for phone charging, hotel couldn't help with charging, no shampoon, body gel in the room, should take from reception, room was cold even when heater worked. Heater is working in some hours

How you can pay £170 for this property in the year 2023, I do not know - temporary bed??? You'd be better off paying £30 more and getting the Premier Inn and or Travelodge round the corner.

Good location, room and public areas clean but toilets up 4 flights of stairs from room and basic; quilt cover was clean but quilt was stained. Could not get wifi to work and TV kept losing its signal. Pimlico is packed with hotels. At nearly £100 for the night this was poor value for money.

Apologise for not reaching your expectation . The housekeeper ensure that linens are clean and TV is connected to both wired and WIFI. Guest can promptly inform the staff if assistance is needed. Prices on the weekend usually higher than expected. However, We appreciate your honest review to Improve our facilities and services.

Apologise for not reaching your expectations. Our basic facilities are in good working condition including beds. We provide all in one soap in each room and in common showers and toilets. Alternatively, there's plenty of shops nearby for more options with economical prices However, We appreciated your honest review to improve our services and facilities further.

Unser Zimmer sah überhaupt nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Der Teppichboden und der Polsterstuhl waren voller Flecken, eine Steckdose war mit Klebeband an die Wand geklebt, in dem Campingbad tropfte es permanent auf den Boden und oben im Kleiderschrank war eine dicke Staubschicht. Die Heizung war zentral reguiert und lief um 22:00 Uhr auf Hochtouren. Das Fenster konnte man aufgrund von Lärm und EG-Lage nicht öffnen. Die größte Frechheit: Nachdem wir Expedia kontaktiert hatten, ließ das Hotel verlauten, man hätte uns bereits ein Upgrade gegeben und könne keine Erstattung oder Entschädigung zahlen. Worauf man uns angeblich upgegradet hat, ist mir ein Rätsel, da wir eines der wenigen Zimmer mit eigenem "Bad" hatten (der Zustand des Bades war ebenfalls katastrophal) und es lediglich ein Zimmer mit 3 statt 2 Betten war - das allein ist definitiv kein Upgrade. Ich verstehe nicht, warum dieses "Hotel" in diesem Zustand auf Expedia sein kann.

First of all, this is not a hotel, this is a bed and breakfast (without breakfast) the only good thing is the location but London is huge and there are tons of options with good location as well. Rooms are smelly and old, very noisy as windows are not properly sealed. Hotels have a lobby area, mini-fridge, place to eat and bathrooms, forced to eat outside all the time as room was already smelly. Hotels offer to store your LUGGAGE AFTER CHECKING OUT WITHOUT AN EXTRA CHARGE and this is not the case, funny they do not mention that when you are booking. Even thought I explained I only needed to go out for breakfast (aprox 2 hours) they said i still needed to pay 10 pounds after 6 nights stay! hotels do not charge for storing your luggage either before or after checking in/out. Checking out is early 10;00 am Personnel are courteous though. I do not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

Apologise for not reaching your expectations. We are budget hotel with basic amenities and facilities as mentioned in our website or upon booking. We have daily housekeeping to ensure the cleanliness of the room, replenish sets of coffee and tea, make up the bed and provide fresh towels if needed. Before the guest check-in, the hotel sent notification to the guest including check-in/ check-out time and the left luggage services offered to those who wanted to leave the luggage after check-out for flat rate charge until 11:00 pm. Alternatively, for other option guest can leave the luggage in nearby places for short hours only. However, We appreciate your honest review to make more improvement on our facilities and services.

Quaint little room for two. Easy ten minute walk to Victoria Station for use of the Underground. A few Bus stops about 8 min away. Some good dining options nearby. Cute little convenient store at the corner with the essentials. Staff was great.

Perfectly adequate
Perfectly adequate hotel. Excellent location with sites, restaurants and bars nearby. Steep stairs could be tricky for some people so take a lower level room. Bed very comfortable. Satellite TV connection wasn't working on my second night which was annoying.

Overall value for money.
Was respectable enough and shared facilities were clean however the toilets which are separate to the sink and showers are very small. I booked a room with a toilet and shower included but again very small.. caravan sized. One point to note is I was in room 216 which has 2 other rooms in the same small corridor which probably didn’t have a toilet in them so the occupants were coming and going constantly throughout the night to and from the shared toilet and bathroom facilities which became annoying. That said, competitively priced and overall value for money given the location and local amenities.

Apologise for not reaching your expectations. Our TV is connected to both terrestrial and WIFI connection. There's wide range of channel selection such as BBC iplayer for BBC, Netflix (if guest has account) and more at home button. The basic amenities includes sets of coffee with powdered milk , sugar and tea. However, rooms without USB point can barrow an adopter at the reception anytime.

This property was central to all of the attractions that we wanted to see. The bathroom is very small with no counter space. The wifi didn’t work most of the time, and there was only one outlet in our room that worked.

It was very worth it reasonable price and kind staff. * I'd like to suggest selling Ice for refreshment since it's a hot summer. Than the visitors can use the cup in a room to put ice and drink the bought drinks cold more longer.

Hotel was very accommodating to our situation. Our train into the city was stopped due to a situation with the tracks at the stadium with no idea of when we would be moving again. I called the hotel and explained the situation and they put our room key into a lockbox, gave me the code and we were able to get into our room no problem after midnight when we arrived.

The property is in an excellent quiet location but close enough to where all the activities take place. I was very happy with property and staff the only downside is if they call an Uber for you they charge you double so you are better off finding your own transportation. Other than that issue, I highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed this property especially visiting London for the first time. It was in a safe area and a great location. The room was clean and had no issues at all. Sharing the bathroom was totally fine and they were pretty clean. I would stay here again.

Perfect if you want a one night stay to visit one of the theatres in Victoria - Victoria palace is a five minute walk. Victoria underground is walking distance to Enrico. It’s very dated and the rooms are small and extremely basic. Not all have en-suites. However, it was clean and comfortable.
