I didn’t like the fact that when your finished a meeting that you can not get a massage in the evening. Very disappointing

I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to get the appointments you were looking for, and would highly recommend checking with our spa for availability well in advance the next time you find yourself coming to the area. Beds were not very comfortable - lower quality bedding. Grounds of the hotel was beautiful and very peaceful. Spa is small - no pool but a quiet get away. Breakfast was excellent!

It was a ladies night we really enjoyed our stay. Peaceful, relaxing beautiful grounds. The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable. Was surprised for a monday morning the breakfast was a buffet it was very good.

A very nice Inn and Spa property. Well maintained and staffed. Not very much to do or see nearby, Ingersoll is a pretty but small town with not a lot going on. Spa massage was very nice and relaxing.

We were greeted by a pleasant person at the front desk who had us checked in very quickly. The room was nicely furnished and provided us with all of the necessities. We enjoyed sitting in the Muskoka chairs at night in front of the fountain. We had a nice breakfast on the patio. We will return to experience the spa and spend some more time in the area.

Main building and grounds were nice. Room was so humid the rug was damp through out…bedding too…like having a weighted blanket. All clothes quickly became damp. Average room, bed not terribly comfy. Keep in mind Inn is right beside 401. Service perfunctory. Food average but good. Would not recommend.

The indominable human spirit
Wow. One cannot express the rustic feeling that this hotel has instilled upon me and my kids. Twas a truly calming expirience where I got to sit down with nature and ask myself the important questions. Not to mention the kind and compassionate staff which made us feel right at home and helped us learn about who we are. One of my favorite parts is when I first put on that bathrobe which made me feel comforted and loved. I quickly fell for this addition to our room and wore it everywhere. Truly exceptional. ❤️

Gorgeous place, comfortable & clean, and the grounds were so peaceful and pretty. Attended a wedding there and after dancing in the ballroom and walking all over the hotel in my bare feet, they weren’t event dirty. Exceptionally clean and the staff was excellent. Lunch at the restaurant was also excellent.
