“Comfortable - Convenient Luxury London Hotel”

The Corinthia is a bright and refreshing new city hotel conveniently located in central London/Westminster. This was my second stay at the Corinthia. This trip I was upgraded due to Elite Plus to a deluxe room on the inner courtyard, traveling on business. Over the summer traveling with my family, we booked connecting rooms with two queen beds. Everyone loved the room service and afternoon tea. Both experiences were fantastic. I enjoy both the service and the comfort of this hotel. The hotel is very quiet for a city hotel. The rooms are nicely equipped with Nespresso coiffee machines. Also, not every hotel stocks their mini bar from Harrods or drop chocolates from William Curley on your pillow. I have had larger rooms elsewhere (this is central London), but I doubt I've had a more comfortable luxury hotel experience in London.

“Great Hotel - poor amenities”

The hotel, front desk staff and concierge were outstanding. The spa facilities (other than all the stairs) were relaxing. The massage I received was atrocious. I was in more pain for 3 days after the massage then before it. The hotel restaurant was fine for breakfast but dinner was one of the most overpriced mediocre meals I have ever experienced. While I might recommend the hotel to others in the future, I will not be recommending the restaurant for dinner or services at the spa.
