This property could use a proper chair at desk to work; it needs a luggage cart to put suitcase on; and face cloths.

Lovely, new bathroom however the Executive Double room was very very small. Bed pushed against the wall on one side and room for just one person to go past on the other; nothing like the photos. But staff very friendly and great location.

The place is SO tiny, I wasn’t expecting it. The room itself was barely big enough to have my suitcase, and the bathroom you could barely turn around in. Way over priced for what you receive. The location is what you are paying for as it’s centrally located within walking distance to quite a few popular locations. The let us check in early when we landed before typical check in so that was definitely a plus. Probably wouldn’t stay here again for the price.

This hotel was not very clean. My room floors were sticky, I found hairs in the bathroom from whoever had cleaned the shower, and there were stains on the bed liner. The hotel was too hot, especially the hallways. There was renovation work happening when I was there in the reception so I had to exit the hotel to get to reception. I could only use the gym if I was escorted down by staff, and one of the mornings there was no one at reception so I had to ask the builders to find the receptionist to come to reception so they could take me to the gym and open the door. The gym was a shoe box tiny and basic. All in all a very poor stay. Area is nice though.

The property was good for what we needed which was somewhere to sleep. We got an early check in and when we went to the room housekeeping were still in the room. When we entered it was clear we had either interrupted the cleaning or it was just not done. Dust everywhere and hairs on the bed sheets, pillows and in the bathroom. Staff were adequate with the operation but we witnessed blunt, unhelpful answers to other guests queries and quite worryingly this was to do with a financial transaction that the receptionist just did not seem to care about the other guests queries about their monies. Location of the hotel is great however near tube stations and easy to commute/walk around the area. Overall, the property served its purpose however we would not return.

The property was nice, I can’t remember the name of the lady that checked us in but she was really nice and upgraded us with no extra cost which was so nice considering it was my birthday that day. I do feel like she was the only nicest and approachable lady I feel like the other staff need to work on their customer service skills by smiling and looking approachable. This was also the only hotel I’ve been to that didn’t have an iron in the room but I did request one and the lady gave it me. Also the on hotel I’ve been to with no phone in the room to ring reception so maybe look at getting one in the rooms I feel like the rooms could do with some refurb as they do not look like the pictures but we’re still somewhat nice and maybe a vending machine in the lobby

The staff were attentive and polite. The room though small was clean and modern. The shower was very good. Had the breakfast which was well presented and very tasty!

The room was lovely and clean; fairly small but cosy and exactly what we needed for a 1 night stay. The hotel was bigger than I expected, conveniently located around an 10 minute walk from Queensway tube station, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Only thing I would say is there were lots of noises through the night from the building itself, pipes and weird electronic sounds. But 100% would recommend and will definitely stay again!

We had a problem with one of the two rooms. However, the staff were really helpful and changed the room, albeit at 3 a m. In the morning. They gave us a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. Cant fault the staff!

The property felt a little dirty. Our hotel room had stained carpet and felt damp. Our room (508) looked nothing like the pictures. The beds were two twins together and while I knew that doing in from previous reviewers, I wasn’t expecting it to actually have an impact on my sleep like it did. Also the mattresses were super uncomfortable. It’s also a good 10-15 minute walk to the nearest tube. The staff was very nice upon check in though, and that’s why I give this place a 2 star. I enjoyed the politeness very much.

Just what was needed
Hotel was exactly what we needed for a short break in London, it was convenient near an underground and as it's outside the congestion charge area as we had to drive down instead of using the trains, we were able to park close by without any additional cost

When booking a 4 stars hotel, I expect a little better than being put in the basement… double bed is actually two beds together, which splits in the middle when sleeping…. Decent hotel, but the room I was in not 4 stars !
