“great stay”
It was a really nice little hotel to stay in. Quiet, clean and all the staff were really nice! My only complaint is that if you are coming from out of town - a GPS wont find their location and neither does mapquest. It's best to call them for directions first!
“Best choice for St. Thomas”
The Comfort Inn in St. Thomas is not a prestigious hotel, but considering the small town location of St. Thomas and lack of attractions in the area, it's hard to expect something better. Mildly overpriced, but considering the state and availability of other lodging in the area, it is a good choice. The hallways smelled of smoke (even in the non-smoking area) which is probably from the recycled air. They had a hard time getting rooms ready and keeping up with the demand during breakfast as they were understaffed during a busy weekend, but the staff did the best they could. Overall we weren't overly impressed with the hotel, but it was on par with our expectations. It wasn't an experience that stands out, but was a comfortable and clean stay for the night. Google maps and GPS give wrong directions to the hotel, so it would be best to call the hotel for directions/location.
