Loved this place. Great location for both touring London and for getting the coach to the cruise terminal from Victoria coach station. The staff were friendly and helpful!

Despite knowing they were closed, they took our reservation on Expedia. This was not an emergency closure - they have been closed. We were informed at 2pm the day of our trip by email. They should have called us as well - what if I didn’t check email? I still can’t believe they didn’t tell us they were closed until hours before our stay! I am very impressed with Expedia because they moved our reservation to a nearby hotel and they covered the cost difference since it was more than triple to book last minute!

We didn’t end up getting to stay here as they were performing maintenance on the building. I was appreciative that they had already arranged accommodations for us at a hotel down the street. The staff were nice.

The room was so small. Old furniture, Sink was clogged, water was coming out of the drain. Towels had stains. Bad experience. But location and stuff are nice.

Affordable and good location near to Victoria Station and Westminster area of city. But, when we got there no heat in the room (had to bring in portable heater), bathroom door knob was held on by screws pinning it against door and had shower/bathroom combination that was extremely small.

The room had a window that was facing an inside corridor (very misleading on the photos and no privacy) - the carpet in the room was disgustingly dirty and stained. Toilet had no toilet brush, ventilation was not working (vent was into the same internal coridor, with holes in it)

Disappointed to be informed at check in that despite still showing on several websites the hotel no longer provides continental breakfast! Room, bedding and towels provided were extremely clean. Very tiny bathroom included a shower. Tea and coffee making facilities/hair dryer were provided in room. Curtains were very shabby and stained. Hotel ok for a short break. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel taking you into central London.

Old, moldy, smelled horrible. The beds were old and uncomfortable, no a/c the room was way to small for 3 beds. The bathroom was dirty, the carpet was extremely dirty. I do not know how expedia gave this property 3 stars, this is the second time we get a hotel on here with a 3 star rating that is like this. The staff was great and helpful, the location really could not be beat, 20 min walk to everything.

Poor hotel, get what you pay for!
Probably the worst room (no.11) I’ve ever had, single room, not enough room to swing a cat, bathroom door didn’t open fully due to bed, bathroom a squeeze, sink was over toilet with a loose tap, pipes in bathroom ran around the ‘wet room’ in full view, shower head wouldn’t move, tiles had been broken and patched poorly, toilet seat old and haggard.

The front desk was very pleasant to speak to but other than that, there was no way to turn down the air conditioning. It was freezing all day and night. They had a space heater which did not help much. We had to carry our huge luggage up flights of stairs. The bathroom situation was a mess.

Good location but horrible otherwise
The room is very spartan and small. It was absolutely freezing even when the heating was on- the window was single pane glass. The decor is terrible and very run down. Very dusty shelf. Location is fantastic and the street is beautiful but the hotel feels shabby. I know its a budget hotel but very expensive for such an unpleasant room to stay in.

Mixed feelings about this one
Everyone from the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The single room was ok but quite small. The door wasn’t always locking. The gentleman from the reception fixed it once, but it happened again. My last night it was raining, and I woke up because of water dripping on the bed from the closed window above me. The area was really nice though and it was very easy to find your way around.

Great place for short stays
I was wary about booking this place after reading some of the reviews but I went ahead anyways for the price. I stayed for 2 nights and the hotel was perfect. My room was very clean. Hotel staff very friendly when I checked in and had a room ready for me early. Location is great. Right across from a bus stop and a short walk to the train and can even walk to some main touristy places. For a quick 2 day trip to London it was exactly what I needed. Only complaint is that walls are very thin and you can hear people in the halls coming and going. I would stay here again for another quick trip to the city.

Allocated to room 11 which was blatantly a converted cleaners cupboard. So small when you opened the door it banged against the bed. Didn't have time to complain at the property as I had a train to catch. Will stay elsewhere next time

The staff were friendly and helpful, the bedding was clean. The room was very disappointing. It was very very small, only big enough for the 2 small single beds (twin room) with less than a ft between. walls and carpet filthy and damaged. Window dirty and drafty, shower leaked, bathroom smelt of mould. Bathroom was “cleaned” while we were out but must have been used as urine was left on seat and hairs on toilet - not ours

Do not book this hotel
This place is absolutely disgusting!! Do not book this Hotel !!! It needs closing down it’s filthy. Double bed made up off two different single beds that are different heights. Dirt all over floor skirting board walls. Bathroom is howling is so dirty. Bathroom sink leaks just tried to seal it with silicone badly. Door has a hole in it and wood is rotting. Its’s not suitable for an animal to stay in.
