“Had a good stay - no problems”
Good place for an overnight stay at LHR. Close to the airport & has shuttle bus service which costs about 4 pounds per trip. Our room was fine. They have a bar & restaurant - we walked about 5 minutes up the street the Western Pub, which was ok. I would stay here again.
“tres bon hotel!”
Je n'ai passe qu'une seule nuit dans cet hotel mais tout a ete parfait. chambre et douche coquette et propre, room service rapide et tres aimable (je ne parle pas tres bien anglais et ils ont pris le temps de repeter quand je ne comprenais pas). Et le petit plus qui fait la difference c'est la ronde des bus qui relie l'hotel a l'aeroport d'Heathrow en 15-20 min. Je conseillerai volontier cet hotel a toute personne cherchant a sejourner pres de l'aeroport et autre!!!
“Stopover near London Heathrow”
We recently stayed at the Comfort Hotel for a one night stay between flights. We arrived at the hotel late due to delays in our flight and had missed the hotel shuttle bus. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel and the service received. We were met by a friendly receptionist who upgraded us to a superior room at no extra charge. The room was clean and spacious, comfortable beds and basically everything we needed for an overnight stay. Breakfast was available from 6am and there was a good choice of continental or cooked breakfast. The head waiter in the breakfast room was very charming. Overall we thought the value was excellent. As we had booked the flight and hotel through Expedia the price paid for the hotel was much less than the standard rate. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if stopping over near Heathrow.
“Great hotel for the price”
Easy access to Heathrow. Restaurant food was great. Only drawback is that the basic rooms don't have air-conditioning so they can be warm at certain times of the year.

“Real Gem”
Normally, a person would not expect much of a short stay hotel. There is no other reason for a person to stay in such hotels unless they intend to stay the night before an early airplane departure. Such hotels certainly are not destination resorts. The Comfort Hotel is an exception. It is a pleasant, quiet, comfortable hotel which has all of the attributes of a fine hotel. In addition, the dining room served outstanding dinners at a reasonable price. Waiter staff was very good and well organized -- typical of fine hotels. The desk staff was friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Expedia found a fine hotel worthy of my recommendation.
“Conveniently located and well equipped”
Located very close to Heathrow Terminal 5, and connected with the affordable Hotel Hopper almost around the clock. Rooms are rather small and the public spaces can get crowded, but everything is well equipped and clean. Staff are very helpful.

“Comfort and Convenince for Between Flights Stay”
If you want to stay close to Heathrow for a next day flight without overpaying for the convenience... this hotel is perfect. The airport's bus transportation is available at the front door and leaves in intervals throughout the day and evening. If you just want to stay in and relax you can (which is what I did). The bar, restaurant and rooms are comfortable and accommodating and so is the service. My room was near the lobby and it was quiet. The bed was comfortable and I was out of a couple of things that were provided for me. I awoke rested and relaxed for my long flight. A very good choice. It's a well run contemporary hotel.
