“Club Quarters”

Hotel has recently opened and not fully operational - gym not finished etc. Although this was not a problem for us we were still offered a free complimentary breakfast. There are a few 'teething' problems that I could see...mainly the annoying doorbell sound coming from the lift when it was in use - our room was adjacent to the lift and this did get rather frustrating in the early hours of the morning! Extra pillows would have been nice but we were told by staff that these could be located in a cupboard on each floor - it was a shame this wasn't mentioned upon our arrival rather than at the end of our stay! The room was kitted out with plenty of electrical sockets & a few USB points, an Ipod dock/radio, hairdryer & tea/coffee facilities. Location was excellent - not too far from the West End, on a non-busy road.

“Promising great hotel and location”

We weren't aware until we turn up that this was a new hotel and the building work had not yet finished. While it didn't cause any problems it still would have been nice to be a aware off. The hotel its self and the staff were great and i can see it is going to be great place once finished. The locatio was an ideal base for our stay and it was cloce to all the attractions.
