“Would gladly return.”
We had room 8, downstairs, spacious by London standards. Oddly, it was a warm room -- remedied easily by the AC. It appears the entire hotel has been recently refurbished. Staff very helpful (booked taxi to Heathrow for an early flight). The location is walkable from Paddington if it's not pouring rain, and there are two tube stations within 10 min walk. Hotel in quiet residential block on Cleveland Square. No bar or restaurant on site, but these are many and close by. We stayed a week and would gladly return.
“Good choice of hotel in an excelent place in London”
This hotel is very good option to travelers who wants to stay near shops, public transportation and in addition wants to stay in a quite place.
“Loved this hotel”
This was the cutest hotel. From the outside it looks like an apartment and inside it's older but renovated with character. It's a close ride from Heathrow on the Connect to Paddington. The nice man at the desk let us leave our bags until we could check in early. We had a family style room that was extremely clean. The location is a little far away from the main attractions but the actual neighborhood is very nice in the morning to have breakfast in and walk around. To get to the main attractions it is about a 20 USD cab ride for about 20 minutes but once you're there you can stay and walk down there until it's time to come home to sleep. I would definitely stay there again.

“lovely, friendly staff”
I had booked this hotel not only for its very convenient location near Paddington Station, but because it had a great little kitchenette in the room. It was well stocked with utensiles, plates, cups and the ability to make coffee and teas (both of which the hotel thoughtfully supplied). The staff was also very friendly and helpful in terms of giving me directions and information regarding Tube closings due to upgrading repairs and on how to use the bus system
“Great location, pleasant and helpful service”
Very pleasant and helpful, quiet residential neighbourhood but 5 minutes walk to Paddington station for Heathrow express and other trains, Laundry/dry cleaning a block away, lots of nearby restaurants. Free WiFi worked fairly well, kitchenette was handy. Will stay here again.

“Great for business”
I recently had a 2 day stay at the Cleveland Hotel and was very satisfied. Everything that you would want for a business stay was provided for- the in room free internet access was especially nice. It was very convenient for Paddington Station (about a 5 minute walk), which was a huge bonus. I would definitely stay there again.
