“Clean, friendly, but small.”

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean. It was in a good location, very close to Early Court tube station. Don't stay if you want lots of space because the room is small but still conmfortable.

“Good location in London”

This is a basic hotel, located in easy walking distance of The Tube. We felt safe in the area. Our room was a good size, but on the fourth floor - the elevator only goes to the third floor. The in- room air conditioning was well used. We did not eat in the breakfast room. The hotel was convenient, clean and safe during our seven night stay.

“Ok for money and location”

Our first impression of this hotel was not good. The women checking us in was very rude, no hello, how may I help you, nothing. Lucking we did not see much of her again during our stay. The room was small, but we knew that going in. Great location, nice breakfast, the gentleman working at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

“Good location”

Good basic hotel in a very good location. It's close to the Tube and there are plenty of close by restaurants. Musems are close as well. Room was clean. Hallways were a bit cluttered with laundry and early morning street noise woke me up, but I was there 2 nights only. I will stay here again next time I go to London most likely.

“Great stay but staff lacked knowledge of London!”

Great location being just a block or 2 from the Earl's Court tube station. Room was small but clean. Only complaint: staff was not helpful at the front desk. They didn't know where certain attractions were and what stations I had to get off at. They should be more familiar with the city! All in all, I would stay again because the price was right, the area was great and the room was comfortable (but small...)

“Very small rooms but conveniently located.”

The hotel is closely located to Earls Court station and very convenient for that reason. However the rooms are extremley small and for a couple it was extremley uncomfortable. We could not be in the same part room together without having to lie on the bed! The hotel is a typical London 3 star hotel. I would recommend it for location and convenience but not for comfort. The morning breakfast spread was nice but basic.

“Very small rooms”

Maybe because I'm from north america where everything is fairely oversized, but I found the room really small for the price paid. Other than that, nice location and very quiete place. Near the underground station and many services.

“very poor hotel, should be dropped by Expedia”

Hotel was in very poor condition, worn and run down and staff very unhelpful. The rooms are extremely small, bellow basic requirements and run down. Safe not working, lumpy soft beds and hardly room to open suitcase. Corridors very small and lots of steps, breakfast in basement. Would not recommend it to anyone. Only good factor is location but there are many adjacent in the same area in much better condition.
