A quaint perfectly located hotel that is very British and friendly. The rooms, staff and entire stay were perfect. The morning breakfast and bar were also great. I will recommend the hotel to my friends and business contacts for future stays in London.

Absolutely an incredible stay! Would stay here again. The neighborhood is quiet but also convenient and located very close to Buckingham place and <5 min from a great tube stop. Also walking distance to covenant garden with tons of restaurant locations. The staff is incredible and personalizes your stay for the occasion. They are attentive and make sure you have a great stay. The bar within the hotel is also impeccable with amazing cocktails and great conversation.

We just had the most wonderful 9 days here. I had emailed multiple times before our trip and every person who contacted me was so friendly and helpful. Once we got there it was so easy for us to get help with taxis and anything we needed. The bar area is so quaint and the drinks are excellent with great service. We were there every evening and morning. By the end they knew our orders when we walked in! I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in the Mayfair area which was one of my favorite locations also. We really enjoyed the little chocolates or other surprise snacks at turn down every night :)

Wonderful accommodations in London
The hotel was excellent. Historic, traditional yet somewhat modern. My wife and I are particular and well travelled and would consider staying at TCM again. The staff was top drawer, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was outstanding. We visited at Christmas so the property was as tastefully decorated and festive. The neighborhood is unbeatable. We highly recommend staying there.

A rare find. Customer service as it should be. Superb accommodation, wonderful breakfast and a staff that distinguishes this gem of a hotel from others (incl. 5-star big names) at which I’ve stayed. Trust the reviews on this one…it’s a special hotel.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. The staff are AMAZING. Go above and beyond to assist with anything you need. Always friendly and happy to help! Location is spectacular for getting around to all of the major highlights. Tons of restaurants and things to do within walking distance.

I love this hotel! It's charming, clean, great location, staff are so helpful and friendly. I liked that it's not in an overly busy area so it's quiet but still very much walkable to the tube or shopping. Perfect stay in London!
