Had two single rooms for a one nights stay. The rooms and beds were much bigger than I thought they would be from looking at the photos on the website. Perfectly adequate for a one night stop over, great location and easy to find food and taxi when needed. Excellent value for money in the middle of London, what more can you ask!

Pleasantly suprised
After reading some of the reviews we were a little anxious. But we would really have problems faulting our room and the location is amazing. We booked a triple room and got the one in the photo, first floor corner room, big spacious and clean, no issues at all. Some of the common area's need or are being decorated. As previous reviews say, carpet needs replacing in corridors. Only real gripe is that they take a £200 deposit to stay (which was refunded on departure) and will not let you check-in without photo ID..... I've stayed in 100's of hotels and not had to do this!!!!!

Negative experience
The room is tiny: -WiFi didn’t work at all for us. -The windows wouldn’t open and there’s no air conditioning unit. The room was so hot. -the room was right next to the lift and people tried opening the door to get in the room. -the general upkeep of the hotel was poor. -the bathroom and shower was good.

It was an okay hotel nothing special no frills, wallpaper hanging off the wall carpet was dirty mould on the ceiling and don’t even get me started on the Wi-Fi, even if you don’t want to use Wi-Fi there’s virtually no signal in the hotel unless you want to keep your phone pressed up against the glass, Will not be stopping here again didn’t find the place overly clean although the ladies cleaning the rooms were very nice the lady at reception I didn’t find very helpful at all,

The property has bedbugs. I tried to talk to front desk staff during my stay and was brushed off as ‘no manager was available’. When I had left I tried again to contact them after going to my GP and confirming the bites were that of bedbugs and when I called I was hung up on twice and once told that I was lying, dispute the fact I was pleasant and not asking for anything in return, simply letting them know of this issue. I would not recommend.

They ask me for a £200 deposit which I could not find written anywhere in the terms and conditions from the site I booked on also you need photo ID again didn’t see this mentioned luckily I had some with me. Room was just as pictured and clean so no complaints there!! Very close to everywhere we wanted to go!! I would book again

First of all they tried to put me and my wife in a room with 2 single beds, then we got moved to doible room which barely fits 2 people in, the rooms were tiny with limited space, thw decor completely outdated, broken draws, broken handle in the bathroom, holes in the ceiling, terrible hotel for the price. The bathroom in our suite smelled like urine, the room was the size of a broom closet, the shower became hotter or colder and water pressure increased or decreased seemingly if its own volition, the carpet was not attached to the floors, and the whole place was filthy. Front desk staff were very rude. Avoid at all costs!

This is a you get what you pay for property unless you have to make a change to your reservation in which case you get charged majorly and you get much less than you pay for. WiFi rarely worked, hotel looked like it was under construction with no construction in progress.

Great location, not great hotel
Perfect location just shame about the condition of the hotel. I couldn’t get into my room. The keycard had to be placed in a particular way to unlock the door. My toilet wouldn’t flush. Only one elevator worked. The place has seen better times. Not the comfiest of bed. The only positive, apart from the location, has to be a few of the staff, especially the night staff, genuinely lovely and helpful.

The location cannot be beat … however the rooms are teenie tiny and quite musty. We stayed during a heat wave which England is not prepared for , we were given a fan which was nice however we couldn’t sleep it was so hot in the room. Great location but just a dirty run down hotel

The odd concern that didn't waste their budget on the exterior/public areas. They still look shabby. Room was cute. Didn't love that there was an ac controller that didn't work. Makes you wonder if it is inoperable or they are just cheap. shower also sprayed all over the place. Pretty quiet for being in the center of town. Tv was great. Fan. Window would not lock. Light in bath didn't have a switch. Is on a timer. Sheets were so thin you could see what was beneath them.

Room is very small for 3 but it's clean the carpet is needed change for it's 2 color different carpet connector together No air-conditioning which London temperature is 33 we opened the windows and hear all noises outside Staff friendly..

Good location. Exactly what you’d expect from a hotel of this rating in this location. They should think about adding soft closing mechanisms to the doors as doors slamming shut late at night and early morning were disturbing.
