“Charming Hotel”

We enjoyed this hotel the best of the ones we have stayed in London. It has great old world charm and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We upgraded to the delux king room and stayed seven nights. The room was large (for a major city) with 14 foot ceilings, big windows and room to walk around. The bathroom was fine - only one sink but lots of room to place toiletries and nice shower/tub. And they gave us lots of clean towels without those annoying guilt messages. And turned down the bed each night. We had breakfast several mornings in the hotel. Breakfast is elegant but expensive. For the most part it was good service. They also serve tea in the sitting rooms in the afternoon. Very nice. There are bus and tube stations very close to the hotel. We took the bus most of the time so we could see the scenery. It is slower than the tube but much more interesting. The hotel is located on a street of designer shops so walking is also very pleasant...for looking. Very certral location and surrounded by beautiful buildings. It was one of our best stays in London and would return to this hotel.

“Very good”

As a 4 star hotel in europe, this hotel deserves what it charges, not fancy or spectacular but exactly what you should get for 4 stars and the price in one of europe's most expensive cities. Very clean, nice service, and just the right amount of amenities.

“Terrific staff and great location”

Cadogan is a bit tired (plumbing is a bit antiquated, carpets shabby), the WiFi is a pain (took forever to log in) but the location is terrific - very handy for Chelsea and Knightsbridge. The staff, however are exceptional; the best I've ever encountered: efficient, friendly, thoughtful and smart. They really made a huge difference - and they're the Cadogan Hotel's greatest asset.

“beware of " breakfast is not included "”

“review”

The staff was so accomodating to us. We had not stayed there before. We were upgraded to a junior suite but it was close to the staff's elevator and they immediately switched us over to a beautiful large, for London, room with 3 large windows overlooking the park. It rained several times and they always insisted on my husband using a hotel umbrella. We also had a problem with our ipads and they sent a technican to our room to straighten our problem out. The staff at the desk were as good as the Ritz Hotel for accomodating us.

“Chic and friendly!”

Stayed here for only three nights but loved it! Only about 4 blocks from Knightsbridge tube stop and on Sloane Street (all the best boutiques, Chanel, Dior, Prada, etc). Very safe and pretty neighborhood. Had my wallet stolen while shopping around one day and was in serious need of a drink when I got back late that night. They opened the bar for us and gave us a bottle of wine on the house with a big cup of delicious olives. Very nice of them! The room was beautiful as well!!!!

“Cadogan King suite”

Stayed at The Cadogan in a luxurious king bedroom suite. Didn't go to gym, restaurant or anywhere else in hotel. My busy days meant that I can only review the room I stayed in and the services I received. Awkward concierge at check-in. Friendly though. Small lift to my floor. Narrow corridors. Wardrobe to the left, door to bathroom directly in front & a door to the right of the entrance leading to the bedroom. Wooden floorboards. Immaculately clean bathroom with modern facilities. I appreciated the warming rack for towels & found the 2-in-1 shower/bath adequately spacious. Toiletries were provided but you still must bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste. Hairdryer & hair straightener provided. My king bed was actually two beds pushed together - but the divide could be hardly felt. Clean sheets, downy comforter, functional aircon/heater. Modern flatscreen TV - prob 81cm? - 3 buttons to turn on/off. Clear reception though you pay to watch movies. Snacks & beverages from minibar for typical hotel prices. Stocked mini-fridge means little room for own supplies. No microwave even though room amenities description states there is a microwave... Housekeeping at least 2 times a day. One in the morning for your general services & once in the evening where they turn down your blankets, close the curtains, turn on lights, provide water bottle & weather forecast for the next day. Restaurant personnel calls in the evening inviting you to make a reservation for dinner. Thoughtful.
