The room and the furniture's are looks lmore than 100 yeras old. No any updation on room. No Air condition working. Can't sleep because of the fan is too noisy. Feel like stayed in an old Care room. Vacated the room at 2 AM. Ask to change the room in the reception and the staff ask for extra money.

The only food thing about this hotel is location. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it. You need to pay for things that everywhere else are free i.e. wifi. And don’t expect just pay £7 for it and use freely, you pay £7 for each gadget. Overall, the hotel is dodgy and looks more like the hotel for one night hookers

Booked this hotel for visit to O2. It was ideal (when we worked out how to find it with help.) The receptionist was lovely and very helpful, allowing us to book in early as our room was ready. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The bar is comfortable. Have not been for breakfast yet.....

Considering the price, this property is great. Friendly staff, great location, clean and a good price. Guests in the rooms have to pay for WiFi per device so one thing for tourists to be aware of. Strangely, no electric socket next to the head end of the bed so not great for charging your phone. Yes, it’s dated but still good value for money. Would stay here again.

The hotel was fantastic value for a weekend break. Easy to get to at Canary Wharf on the Jubilee line. Our room was spacious, with very clean bathroom and very comfortable bed. We had a pizza at the pizzeria. My pizza was really good but Marcus’s was overcooked with cold slices of ham not palma hand and the base was weirdly barbecue sauce so stick to chicken & mushroom. Good wine list. We will def stay again if they retain the value for money £75 per night for 2 adults

Love it here
Such a comfortable, old fashioned place. I feel like a lady in the 1940s here, like vintage glam. Visit if you are a vintage lover. It's a haven around all the modernist tat of Canary Wharf

Good price, but zero room cleaning
All fine really, i stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. Only real criticism - in the 3 nights (4 days) I was there, the room wasn’t serviced. I queried this with reception who told me they only service rooms every 4th day. What?!?! Also the first room I went to stank of cigarettes. They sent up a cleaner who sprayed the room with air freshener, so then it just stank of cigarettes and cheap air freshener! To be fair though they did then move me to a different room with no hassle. Good price though, and I guess I’ll be back!

Poor introduction for my partner and me at a tired building with dated and worn out feel. Entrance is grubby and surrounded by building and storage containers. Furniture all looks original and scuffed with time. Demanded photo ID (unexpected being a UK born citizen staying at a UK hotel) at check-in due to documented (on the wall) Met.Police concerns. +£7 pp to use internet in the room. Location convenient but you can do much, much better

I was initially checked into Room 139, which I was really impressed as it was an excellent room with massive TV screen, bed side plugs and a massive sofa to rest as well. After returning from the dinner is only when I discovered a tiny rat running out from the room door. This was a red-flag already about a 4-star hotel and it is really unhygienic and not safe for guests. Therefore, I immediately went downstairs to complain as it was not acceptable and they mentioned they will provide me the best room in the entire hotel for the problem that I faced. I was then offered room 904 which had several issues as well (no bed side plug, tiny TV screens, no sofa or anything, no heating facilities provided (so basically a more downgraded room and smell of smoke coming from the corridor). She was rude further mentioning if you want I can give you more worse room with no window and let you suffer more, which is really disgusting and not acceptable behavior from a hotel receptionist. So, I was offered a room 1037 again by this Bangladesh man that was present at the 1st January night but then he went to the room himself to show me the room and I said to him personally that all this I have faced today is not acceptable at all. To which he said please complain about it to Manager Ross in the morning. This room had issues too like no bed-side plugs for charging. Then later until 3AM, I needed to use the toilet in that room and the toilet door wouldn't open so I had to wee in bin bag in room

Easy access to travel around London
I had fabulous stay ,i met new people, i was able to travel around London without a stress. My only disappointment was when i got some take away food ,then went to the hotel restaurant to ask for cutlery. So i was welcomed by 2 members of staff an Asian man , who told me i should go and blame Boris Johnson for making changes about plastic cutlery. At the beginning i thought it was a joke, then i realised he wasn't. I then asked to borrow their own cutlery since there was no disposable ones. He then went on ,saying, he's running a business, the restaurant cook and sell food, so why did i go and get food from outside? I was actually shocked to hear what has just come out of his mouth, no shame at all. I then went to check on the hotel policies to check if such rules were ever mentioned ,that customers are not allowed to eat elsewhere other than at the hotel. So, there was no such rules whatsoever. I then went to the main desk to see the manager, who actually just gave me disposable cutlery in a space of just 2mins. So really, why do people treat other human being like rubbish over a small things like that. I was so much disappointed and very very angry by the way i was treated. I didn't see that other treatment to othere while i stood there begging for cutlery like i was nobody. I believe people should be treated equally regarding of race, colour, age etc.
