“Central London Gem”

This is a very nice, comfortable hotel which is in a convenient location for the Baker Street Tube Station. The neighborhood has many nice restaurants. The hotel staff is very helpful.

“Great small hotel”

Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is very nice and it is great to start the day at the hotel instead of rushing out to find breakfast. I really liked that this hotel is close to the tube, but is set off the main street and down a quiet side street.

Very well located for central London. Excellent for tube, train, walking. Small rooms but clean. Helpful staff for directions, accommodating early check-in. Breakfast in basement tight for space but very pleasant service.

Séjour Avril 2012 : Famille de 4 personnes Hôtel très bien placé à proximité du métro Baker street, proche de la rue commerçante Oxford street. Chambre agréable mais un peu petite pour 4 (suffisant pour y dormir), bonne literie, PdJ anglais de qualité, accueil sympathique. A recommander.

“Very comfortable”

I enjoyed my stay at the Blandford Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a single room so it was small but not ridiculously so. Bed was very comfortable, especially after a long flight. Location was convenient and there was plenty of eating places nearby. Oxford St was only a short walk away and it was only a couple of tube stops to the main sites of London. Would stay again.

“Great location, but worst value for money”

we stayed here for four nights at the end of trip in mid october, the only good thing about the hotel is that it has a really good location and a two minute walk to the tube, but thats about where the good things stop. the staff arent overly friendly and quite rude one time as well. The air con in our room didnt work at all, so it was really hot in our room unless we left the window open. Also i had a shower one evening and went to grab my towel that had been changed that day and it had a massive dirty stain on it, which was revolting. Breakfast was quite good, but the breakfast room was small and cramped and very claustrophobic and there were way too many serving staff in there that needed to be and they constantly were hovering over you to take your dishes as soon as you were finished which made me feel very uncomfortable. We found when we got there hotels with rates a quarter of what we paid that were much better, wish i had looked around a bit more. the area that the hotel is in was resommended to us by a friend who is from london, i would stick around the area, just not this hotel.
