“Hôtel sympa et bien situé”

Accueil très agréable, personnel disponible. Chambre propre, lit confortable et salle de bain neuve. Plusieurs fast food, restaurants et superettes en face de l'hôtel.

Excellent hotel, excellent location in the middle of everything in London. Staff was very attentive and gave us excellent and quick service. I have no complaints whatsoever, only good words! I definitely recommend it to everyone.

“Great staff, great location, small room.”

Two things made this a great hotel, and neither had to do with the room itself. The room had problems with the AC and the shower (and it is small, but this is part of being in Europe, and we spent very little time in the room). The great things are the staff, and location. The staff took care of every problem we had the first day, while we were out. They even went out and bought a fan for us just for the white noise (we weren't used to the traffic noise). They also let us put our stuff in our room before check in, so we could start sightseeing right away. And you cannot beat the location. Right across the street from the underground. And best of all, this station is connected to THREE lines, one is direct to Heathrow (we rode the regular tube from the airport and saved nearly $100 on a taxi ride). Very easy to do. Plenty of places to eat nearby. All round a great experience, but don't expect a large room. There were only three of us and it was CROWDED to walk around in.

“Great location, modern hotel”

this hotel is quite modern and the location is perfect! We had the executive room and although it was in the basement, it was actually quite nice! Modern decor, clean, and decent size (one cannot bring their American hotel expectations to Europe). The convenience of the location is the biggest selling point. The staff was nice but I wish they had told us upon check in that there was an elevator and how the room key works in turning on the power! Other than that, it was a very good experience and we'll stay there again!

The Hotel is clean, in an excellent position and the service is good. Only drawback is that the rooms are small.

A great, little hotel, very conveniently situated for easy access to airport (Heathrow) and major shopping, parks and museums. Friendly, attentive service. Will be back!

Hotel was in walking distance to most attractions if you don't mind walking... loved it. The Tube is across the road and gets you anywhere in no time. Staff were friendly and the hotel was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this hotel and area.

“The Cromwell”

The hotel had a room available and allowed me to check in early, even though I arrived a couple of hours before the hotels official check-in time. The room was comfortable, very clean and modern. The only downside was that the room was below street level and had very limited natural light. The upside was that the room was at the back of the hotel away from street noise and was very quiet. The hotel is located on a busy street but is in a great location and very convenient to the public transportation.

“Great hotel”

Great location - 2 minutes from Tube, 10 minutes to V&A museum. Very friendly staff, smooth check-in. Room was on fifth floor - small but cozy. All in all - would book there again.
