“Très bel hotel en plein centre de Londres”

Excellent service, chambre très propre, internet haut débit dans les chambres et wifi dans le hall gratuit et illimité. Chambre un peu petite mais tout le confort necessaire, télé écran plasma, salle de bain entièrement neuve et moderne, thé, café, petits gateaux et corbeille de fruits à disposition dans la chambre. Situé dans une rue très calme à 100 mètres de la station de metro Earls Court et 200 mètres du centre d'exhibition Earls Court. A deux stations de métro de Victoria station et ligne directe vers Tower Bridge, Big Ben, Westminster, proche de Leicester square, Oxford Street et Picadilly Circus. Vraiment le top pour un séjour central à Londres. Le personnel est très accueillant, une réceptionniste parle même le Français, très rare!!

The hotel is very well located, near tube station. The service was excellent. Was not satisfied with the first room assigned (below street level). I informed the hotel Customer Service Rep and the room was changed immediately. Check in was fast as well as Check out. Extremely pleased with location and price of room (room small compared to US hotel)

“Better than expected!”

After reading some of the mixed reviews, we were pleasantly surprised at the service and quality of the hotel. The English breakfast could have been of higher quality, but our room was very nice with a mini fridge, micro wave, and free cable internet. The location next to Earl's Court was fantastic! There were also several inexpensive (for London) restaurants nearby and a Starbucks!! Would definitely return to this hotel.

“Lovely Hotel”

It had everything you needed within walking distance. The Earl's Court tube was down the street. I enjoyed going back to this quiet hotel after a day of busy sightseeing. The bar at the restaurant is nice and is open late. I will definitely stay there again.

“Great hotel”

We booked a "Romance Package" and my wife was impressed with the champagne, chocolates and roses. I was particularly pleased with the breakfast in bed! I would recommend this hotel as it is easily accessible from Earls Court tube station and was within walking distance from the Musuems.

“Great Room for price”

The Room was quite cozy, with a nice amount of space. It was located very close to the tube station and was pretty easy to find. . The tub in the bathroom was big and very relaxing. The price of the room was prety reasonable and the staff were helpful.

“Excellent value”

Checked in and was shown to me room - across the street and down tye road from the reception desk... Rooms numbered 6XX are in this location and are magnificent. Very pleased with quality of all aspects or room, size (considering is London) and overall offerings in room. Will always look to return, assuming can get 6XX rooms.
