“Good bargain, good proximity to hospital”

A very good bargain. Convenient location to nearby Victoria Hospital, clean, nice facilities, surprisingly big convention and waterpark/waterslide facilities, good for business and/or kids. The one draw back is there is no elevator, so if you cannot do stairs, or have large bags, you would want to ask for a ground floor room. As well, downtown is not walking distance, so if you're planning a downtown meeting/stroll, you may want to review the area.

“sick daughter”

The staff were amazing. Our daughter got very sick and the staff was very fast and efficient and kind. Went out of there way to help us with her. Hot us a new room and carried all our luggage too. They bought her a cold drink and made us feel more comfortable.

First time we stayed at this Motel, it was a total surprise. Love the room, pool, atmosphere. Only one improvement I would make is there was no food available after 9:30 as the pool cafe closed early to prepare for something... and the bar quit serving food at 10 pm. We arrived late in the evening and was hoping to get some food with out going out of the motel..There was popcorn machine behind the bar but when we asked about getting some food all we were told was the kitchen was closed and they never once offered us popcorn or anything...But over all it was a wonderful experience. Oh and a Map of the motel handed to you when you arrive would be good as you can get kinda turn around and lost.

“Exceeded my expectations”

This hotel has been recently renovated offering clean rooms, up-to-date furniture, flat-screen TVs, and good mattresses. Only downsides with the room was the size...a bit small for 2 adults and 2 kids and there is no room safe although they do provide safes at no charge at the front desk. The pool area and water slide were a hit with the kids although the pool was a bit cold. No meals with the room package but the hotel restaurant served a hearty breakfast (didn't have lunch or dinner there). Overall excellent value for the money.

I have stayed several times at this Hotel and have yet to be anything but satisfied.Great pool area and nicely updated.Priced well compared to much older hotels in the area.

Six of us travelled yo a wedding. We had a great time. The staff were always pleasant and willing to help.

I got this hotel on Expedia for a great room rate. It was well worth price. The flat screen tv, the fridge and the pool area were very nice and the room was nicely laid out. I especially liked that this hotel was quiet, including the centralized air conditioning instead of the noisy window style.
