Nous avons passé un très bon séjours. Le personnel est courtois et accueillant.les chambres sont propres et l’hotel est bien situé, proche d’une station de métro et à distance de marche de Notting Hill. Nous avons eu des petites pépins d’organisations en raison de la grève des trains et bus et l’hotel ont été gentils de garder nos valises toute la journée jusqu’à 23h. Je recommanderais certainement cet hotel.

Localisation : Tres bien situé!! Etat de l'hôtel : Globalement Ok. Quelques petits soucis avec le chauffage beaucoup trop fort que l'on ne pouvais pas regler dans la chambre. Temperature entre 28 et 30°C... Obligation d'allumer la climatisation en hiver, les fenetres ne souvrant presques pas. Quelques problemes techniques avec l'eau qui devient brulante au bout d'un certain temps et impossible d'obtenir du froid. Plutot en dessous du niveau des Best Western en France

Le quartier est très beau. Réception un peu brusque au premier contact mais finalement assez professionnelle. Chambre correcte mais les lits une place sont vraiment trop petits on y dort mal. Petit déjeuner correct mais j’ai déjà vu beaucoup mieux à Londres.

Situation parfaite pour un beau séjour à Londres
Très bonne situation pour découvrir Londres, tous les transports au pied de l’hôtel, le personnel est efficace et discret, la chambre était petite mais fonctionnelle. Seul petit bémol, le lit étant au bord de la fenêtre, il fait très froid puisque les vitres sont en simple vitrage (comme partout à Londres). Petit déjeuner super, avec pancakes!!!

The best wester hotel is ideally located; 2 minutes from Hyde Park and Lancaster Station. Shops vor snacks and drinks can also be reached in 2 minutes. The hotel is very cozy. The employees at the reception are very friendly an always try to help. The breakfast was very, very good! Of egg dishes, bacon/sausages over fresh fruit und vegetables to small Kellog´s portions, everything was prepared with a lot of love. And I have never eaten such good croissants, chocolate croissant and raisin rolls! The staff here were also very friendly an accommodating. We will come back in any case.

We arrived a little early and our room wasn’t ready which we had no issue with at all, we had no plans so enjoyed just sitting in the lovely reception/bar area and were provided with some free drinks. The staff were lovely. Breakfast the next day was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. I’d definitely stay again. Access into London was easy and only around 20 mins. ☺️

Front desk staff not particularly friendly and my room on the 4th floor very noisy thanks to an air conditioning until outside. However, breakfast was good and it's a good budget option for a London break.

Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast, fantastic choice, staff very attentive replenishing and clearing away regularly. Hotel situated in lovely area a very short walk from Hyde park and underground station. Would definitely recommend and would visit again, thank you.

The room is modern, comfortable and clean and the staff is polite. Hyde park is almost in front of the property. The area is safe and there is everything you need, two metro stations, bus stops, shops and restaurants. I recommend this property for your stay in London.
