“Love the Hotel”
I've stayed at the Beaufort several times over the past 6 years. The staff is wonderful!!!! I love the "living room" with a free bar in the evenings. The location is excellent. Can't imagine staying anywhere else when visiting London. Only two issues to note. Room #1 can be a bit noisy as it is below the "living room"/hotel entrance. Also, the landing/staircase and downstairs hall leading to room #1 should be kept clear.
“Great location and service for the price.”
Once you get over the shock of the size of the room (as an American I told to expect hotel room sizes to be small in the UK, but was still stunned) you'll learn to appreciate this wonderful boutique hotel. The location is excellent; lots of shopping (at all prices), restaurants, grocery stores, etc. In walking distance to several underground stations, museum (loved the V&A, which is near by), Hyde Park, Picadilly, etc. But the hotel manages to remain hidden; a charming little hideout right in the heart of the city.
“Rap”
Cute, small hotel - great for travelers who are not looking for fancy amenities like a large lobby, in-house restaurant, or pool. Clean and friendly staff + who can beat free wifi, free cocktails from 2-11pm, free soft drinks 24/7 and free tea + scones.
“Great London location”
Small private hotel on a quiet street-very close to Harrod's and a short walk to the underground with easy connection to all of London sights. Room was small but well appointed and clean Great, friendly service.Afternoon tea and evening wine are included
“Great hotel, small room.”
The Beaufort is a boutique hotel in the Knightsbridge area of London. It probably has about 12 rooms. We had a room on the third floor and while the room itself was quite small, there was a small flight of stairs (inside the room!) leading down to a large, newly remodeled bathroom. The room was clean and had new, modern furniture. The location is excellent; an upscale, somewhat residential area, but yet very close to shopping. Harrods is about 4 blocks away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer free tea and scones every afternoon, and unlimited pop, beer, wine and a fully stocked bar from 3 to 11 PM. Oddly, while they offered all that free liquor, there was no complimentary breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel, particulary to couples who won't mind (as much) the close quarters in the rooms. Otherwise, splurge on 2 rooms. Also, I would not have liked to have had one of the basement rooms, I would try to request a room that is not in the basement or on the first floor. I also would not recommmend it for families with small children.
“Great Boutique Hotel in Great Location”
Great location. Rooms are small but very nice. The staff could not do enough for you. They were very gracious. We would go back again.

“A great hotel for a short break in London”
The hotel is very comfortable and quiet and the staff hospitable. The complimentary afternoon tea and scones was very welcome after a long journey. The location is excellent for a short visit to London - well served with public transport and restaurants and bars. Just one suggestion - instructions on using the in- room safe, we were locked out of it twice.
“Great hotel, great location”
The Beaufort Hotel is a great spot to stay in London. It is located within two blocks of Harrods (and the Knightsbridge tube station), very close to Hyde Park, Chelsea, and a host of other great spots. The room was good-sized by London standards, with room for a small desk and chair and bed-side table. It also had a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom. In addition, the room had free wi-fi and a clock-radio with iPod charger. The room was spotless when I arrived and was returned to that condition by the staff each day. The hotel also has free drinks (including beer and mixed drinks) in the lobby from 15:00-23:00 every day, and water and soda are free all day. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful, getting me into a room early when mine wasn't ready to check in to when I arrived before the posted check-in time. This was much appreciated after a long overnight trip from the U.S. As mentioned there is much to do and see nearby, quick Tube access, and, if you like to walk, Buckingham Palace is within 1.5 miles. While it is not cheap (nor terribly expensive by London standards), I would heartily recommend the Beaufort and would stay there again in the future.
