“Great Value”
Very pleasant management & super convenient location - all kinds of food options, services and shopping very close. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. parking was no problem,even though I returned around 10pm. yummy donuts and coffee free every morning in the lobby. I found the bed to be comfortable and it was pretty quiet, considering the proximity to PCH. Rooms appear to have been remodeled. Neighborhood was colorful, but I felt quite safe even though I was traveling alone- I stayed for 3 nights and never even heard a police siren. I would definitely recommend if you are just looking for a clean, quiet place to sleep at a great price.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Rooms are quite large & the beds are comfortable. The staff is very welcoming & friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
“Great Place to Stay”
I travel to LA on business every week and am looking for location and value (It's my money). I chose this property based on limited reviews but cannot believe how good it has turned out to be. The owner is upgrading the property and the rooms are large, clean and it is so nice to have modern amenities (flat panel TV is a bonus). The high speed internet works well, not up to streaming video, but the owner is working on a new vendor (I do computer consulting and helped him with the performance data for his old vendor as well as making some suggestions). The hotel is on PCH very close to Redondo Beach and Palos Verdes. There is plenty of shopping and dining nearby and the beach is close. Do not think this is a bargain hotel in a marginal location. The value is excellent and the location for any South Bay activity is perfect. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The service feels much more like a high end property but at great prices.
“Cruise and Park”
If you want a clean place to stay and a safe place to leave your car while you go on a cuise (Princess only, NOT Carnival!!), this is your place. The manager shuttled us to the pier, and we had to catch a taxi back (we didn't know they didn't drive to the Carnival Port when we booked, but the manager drove us anyway...very nice man:) Saved us a bundle!
“Nice hotel.”
Stopped by to stay here recently to visit family and the accommodations were better than I expected. They let me see the room before I checked in. The room looked new and there were no issues with cleanliness (I was a bit leery having read some of the reviews but my brother recommended it). Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would stay again. It's pretty simple (they keep the hairdryers down in the office and there are no coffee makers in the rooms, so you have to go down in the morning to get it), but it's a budget hotel/motel, and they do provide the basic microwave/fridge/TV set-up (the TV was actually a nice flat-screen, and they had HBO and the History Channel >.>), so it was a good deal. I would recommend it.

My Family and I enjoy a really nice time in this hotel, well respected and nice room space and really clean ropom. nice people, friendly and well located.
“spring break stay”
I stayed at the hotel with my best friends for spring break, and it was AWESOME! The staff members were very friendly to us and was always there for us. They even offered pharmacy info when I told them my friend was sick. Since the front was open 24/7, we did not have any worries of being lost at all :)
