The entrance to the hotel is set back off a small plaza and you have to go up to the first (or second if you are American) floor to find the reception area so it was not immediately easy to locate. We neglected to find out about parking prior to arriving in Tours and, between finding the hotel, finding how to get in and then finding the subsidized parking area, it all took some doing. The young woman at the desk was very helpful and welcoming once we formally arrived.
Our room was basic but adequate although I was surprised by the wood floor. The bath was recently updated and, aside from a burnt out light over the shower, very convenient.
You can easily walk to the main tourist areas in Orleans and, if you are driving, it is a quick and direct drive to the main highways.
