“Fantastic and would happily stay again!”

Overall my experience at this hotel was excellent. Room was very good - especially for France - large, modern, functional and very clean. Breakfast very good. Only slight downside was not all hotel staff spoke fluent English but usually at least one staff member did - you just need to be patient!

Easy to find - as it was Sunday managed to use surrounding street parking - We arrived very late and the romm had been prepared and sofa bed opened for the kids. Would definitely consider when revisiting Nantes as immediately next to tram and nice location by the river

Vraiment pas grand chose à redire sur cet hôtel : chambre propre, assez spacieuse, bien agencée... Wifi et parking gratuit, petit-déjeuner inclus, minibar dans la chambre. Le seul bémol vient de la literie, qui n'était pas extraordinairement confortable, mais ça ne m'a pas empêché de passer une très bonne nuit. Hôtel très calme (ou alors vraiment très bien insonorisé). Le staff était aussi très professionel et plaisant.

“Disappointing”

This hotel is in a great location on the banks of the Loire with the tram system directly outside and a short walk to the trolley bus making it easy to get around. The room was spacious with a settee and work desk. We found the hotel disappointing in other ways. When we arrived there was no soap in the bathroom and the towels were very thin. The young people on the desk spoke quite good English but did not always follow through on what they said they would do. I had read quite good reviews about this hotel and so was disappointed.
