“Fun Times”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. The swimming pool was big enough for the older kids to enjoy. The staff was very pleasant. We don't have a single complaint as far as hospitality goes. The rooms were nice, I just wish the beds were a little bigger. All in all it was a great time and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Lockport Business Trip, May 2012”

The Staff and Hotel was very pleasant and clean. The food was very good, however there is no actual dining area at night. There is no Complimentary Coffee in the lobby in the morning and you must go to the Restaurant (?) to order. When I did that, I had to wait for someone to come out (actually someone from behind the desk had to go get them). My overall stay was very good, but the Food Service Deptarment definitely needs improvement. There is a small Restaurant that only appears to be open for Breakfast, but not Dinner. It appears to me they need a much better set up.

“Business at Lockport”

Old hotel. Not worth the money. There is another hotel close by that gives much better price and is better than this hotel. No breakfast - only if you pay a lot and almost no one is there. Dirty carpets all over !!! Old TV that I could see nothing in it. noisy (very noisy) aircondition. Will not come back to this one
