Great stay- I’d stay here again!
The rooms were clean, comfortable and have been updated. The shower had great pressure- one of the best on our weeklong roadtrip. It was an easy drive to hike to Enchanted Rock the morning of our departure. The evening attendant was helpful with dining suggestions and where to find the local washateria-which wasn’t far. I’d stay here again!

Showing it's age.
I have stayed here before and the rooms were showing their age. Could use a good cleaning in the not-so-visible spots and the bath area was clean but the tiles and paint were not so great. The carpet needs to go. The bed was nice. Breakfast was minimal.

Loved the spaciousness of the place and the lighted mirror, very quiet area. The lack of sockets to be able to plug in my phone and laptop while using them was the only downside.

Thank you for the review of our hotel. Just wanted to let you know that every lamp in the room has an additional electrical plug plus a USB port(this includes the bedside lamps) and the clock radio also has two additional electrical plugs plus 2 USB ports.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. All hotel rooms open to the parking lot, which I typically avoid but all the hotels in the area are like that. That being said the parking lot is well lit and the doors use key cards, so we felt safe. We were a bit close to the road, which bothed my wife, but for a small town it wasnt too bad. In all it was a good say and would stay here again.

Overall it was a fairly standard room. Had everything needed for 4 people to stay. The do not disturb sign was a magnet on the back of the door that was hard to spot till after when I needed it though.

Uneven stay at best
Not hot breakfast after having a great one in a BW in Burnet the day before. Manager said the breakfast area, which had a sign saying breakfast served, plus all the usual breakfast equipment now was where he lived? Weird answer. The room was fine, although plaster was falling off the bathroom ceiling and even though check out time was 12:00, and our car was clearly parked right in front of our room, in a hotel 1/3 full, housekeeping was banging on our door at 9:30. There was not a “do not disturb” sign in the room to hang on the door.

Recently updated and clean. Staff was nice and had a great attitude. Parking lot was well lit and had ZERO amount of trash anywhere in sight. Exceeded my expectations.

Great place in Llano!
Don't let the outside of the hotel away you from staying it is really well kept, and we'll managed. If you have any issue at all, just let the manager know and he will fix it right away. We had no problems, my mother in law had a problem with the light up mirror and it was fixed right away.

Avoid this hotel. Rundown.
This hotel is rundown. The mattress was horrible. Very uncomfortable and a huge crease in the middle. Mattress in room 127 was terrible. When we asked to switch rooms , we were told not possible. This hotel is way overpriced and the condition of the hotel is terrible.

It was a nice property and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The only thing was that the bathrooms could be cleaner. There was a bit of mold along some of the caulking and ceiling, which also gave the bathroom a bit of an odd smell.

Cold a/c. Soft comfy bed. Hot bath water. Good tv channel selection. Bathroom had newer fixtures. Room trim was slightly damaged. Bathroom sink drained slow.
