L’hôtel est très bien situé. Au calme mais proche des musées et du centre ville. Dommage que seul l’un des ascenseurs marchait ce qui rendait les allers et venues compliquées. Par ailleurs, l’espace de restauration est cher et petit.

Odeur de rat mort !
Odeur infecte dans l’appartement (no 624) dès notre arrivée. Nos vêtements en sont maintenant imprégnés. Le manager a été averti dès le premier jour, a promis d’envoyer du personnel pour résoudre le problème, mais rien n’a changé. Il ne nous a proposés de changer de chambre que le dernier soir... trop tard. De plus, un matelas était maculé de sang et de l’eau suintait du plafond de la salle d’eau. La chambre était plus petite que prévue : une fois le canapé-lit déployé, impossible d’ouvrir l’armoire principale ! Une vraie blague.

Tres bonne situation , family suite deux chambres pour famille de 5. Deux sdb et deux toilettes , grand, tout neuf , très confortable , très calme mais très bien situé à 5’a pied des docks et de chamber street.20’ à peine de Mathew street. excellente base pour visiter Liverpool

Was a great stay. Rooms are fantastic except the bathroom door won’t stay open. It’s a very heavy thick door and auto closes . Very annoying you can’t keep it open. I’d suggest the hotel has door wedges in the room guests can use to prop open as going in and out gets annoying not to mention the noise it causes every time it slams shut. ( noise for other guests ) Also all the hotel halls have motion sensors to turn the lights on as you enter. You end up entering very dark hallways before each section lights up. A bit unnerving to enter a totally dark hall before the lights come on. I’d hope they could fix that. Otherwise great stay and helpful staff.

Very basic, only value I could see was the location of the apartments. Room very small with dirty walls. Shower was spraying water on the light above. I would not stop here again.

Upon Checkin, the manager on duty was rude and would not listen. We had inquired with Expedia about a room upgrade but had not committed to one. The manager insisted that we had and would not check us in unless we paid an upgrade charge. He would not listen and was very difficult. As we were getting on elevator, we heard him laughing about the interaction with other employees. Later in evening, he stopped us as we were returning from dinner and told us that any guest that came to our room would have to leave by 9:00 pm.

Property didn’t have my booking on arrival and didn’t have the room type booked available. I was put in an accessibility room downstairs which was next to the staff room ,who slammed doors throughout the night. Not ideal on a business trip and disappointed that any disabled guests would receive that treatment

The suite we had was absolutely wonderful! Our top-floor room was beautiful, clean, and had a quiet environment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We definitely recommend this place to other travelers and will be staying here again when we return to Liverpool. Cheers to the location as well! Everything was in a great walking distance!
