Pleasantly surprised of the comfort and ease of our stay at Parmer's. We were there for two nights while looking at property in the keys, and it was so nice to wake up to the sunrise in the comfortable adirondack chairs at the water's edge, go grab a bite of breakfast and then head out on our day. Great little kitchenette with a fridge that kept our beer cold, and we would come back midday to refresh ourselves and relax by the pool or veg in the hammocks. Went to Kiki's down the road for cocktails and good food.
Clean, quiet and basic, it's a perfectly acceptable accomodation if you are travelling with a smaller budget in the Keys. Well located between Bahia Honda Park and Key West. The kitchen tools were missing a few essentials (like forks) but we managed. The sofa-bed was not very comfortable - we ended up putting the matress directly on the floor. The AC and the stove of our unit were not working, but we got immediate support to solve these issues. Very nice and helpfull staff. Nice little outdoor lounge area with bbq and mini beach with chairs. Well enough to have a good time if you're a little creative ;) To summarise: manage your expectations, you pay for what you get.
We had a nice stay overall.
