We normally have other guests here on concert nights, not just concert guests. Unfortunately when that happens, everyone wants to check in at the same time and this many arrivals at one time causes a line. To avoid this in the future, arrive around 2pm or after 5pm. I agree, our bathrooms are very small. I hope the extra space in the sleeping room made up for it. We do not normally serve at the bar in plastic cups. They only did this for a couple of hours Wednesday night due to the high influx of people at the bar before the concert.
