“Lovely place to stay”

While a friend and I only stayed one night, it was very nice. We stayed on the club level (18th floor), the room was adequate, the view from the windows excellent, the beds superb (my friend even removed the sheets to check the mattress brand), the continental breakfast was very relaxed and had a good variety to choose from. The concierge was very helpful and accomodating. Everyone who worked at the hotel was very nice and friendly. The duck ceremony was well-done and very cute. The location of the hotel to the rest of the downtown was excellent, very convenient, and the city was actually very easy to navigate. Though we were there on a holiday weekend, we ran into little traffic.

“luxury stay at a value price!”

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at from the friendly staff to the immaculately clean room. Very impressed at the value and will no doubt return when in Little Rock!

“Best hotel in Little Rock's downtown”

The room was spacious, clean, and elegant with great views of downtown and the Arkansas river. The bathroom was extra large with a vanity. I heard that some of the rooms even have televisions in the bathroom. The customer service was top notch and the cookie/lemonade bar in the middle of the afternoon was the cherry on top. The duck parade was classic and was really glad that I experienced that. The only bad thing about the hotel is that the valet service is really slow.

“Good location”

Close proximity to both the Clinton Presidential Center and the Arkansas State Capitol building. There is a nice lobby bar with live music, and it's alwasy entertaining to watch the parading ducks. The historic Capitol Hotel across the street is worth checking out as well.

“Pleasant stay”

Originally had booked for king club level room. However, there were some minor issues with the room when I arrived. I would have been satisfied with just placing me in another king club level room. However, I was placed in the Presidential Suite which was quite surprising. Everyone was more than accommodating. My stay was very pleasant.
