“two day trip”
the youngh lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Room and bath room was very clean. only are to improve on was the breakfested.

“Short Stay, but Good!”
In town for business, which kept me up until about 3:00 a.m. My stay in my room was short, but no problems. Bed was comfortable and everything worked to expectation. I would recommend this hotel to others that are looking for a bed and a shower!
“Good for the price”
Overall the stay for the price was good. The breakfast was disappointing and they charged me per page to print out a boarding pass. The room had pealing paint in the bathroom and the door key had to be reprogramed twice due to it not working. Otherwise the AC worked great and the place was quite.

Things were a little dated at the hotel and the front desk was a little slow. There was a really odd sewage smell in the hallway past the lobby but other than that the hotel was neat and tidy. Things were definitely clean in the room but again, slightly dated. My wife and I were on a business trip and we needed somewhere safe, clean and affordable to stay for one night. This hotel accomplished that.
“Terrible Customer service”
I was late in registering into my hotel because my flight was cancelled and I had to spend the entire night at the Airport sitting on a chair. When I arrived to my hotel room, per the "Customer service manger" my room was no longer available and that I would need to return at 3o'clock when the next day began or I would need to pay for that day when my company had already paid for the day all of this was because I did not report to my room at the time I was scheduled. I explained to the Customer service manager several times that I was not able to check in because my flight was cancelled, she became very aggitated after I asked her to give me her managers name and number and told me "What are you not happy with the way I checked you in?? Did I not just check you in?" and told me that "Had I been there when I was scheduled to be there then I wouldn't be in this predicament." As I walked away from the front desk to go to my room she yelled after me "Had you done been here when you were scheduled to be here, none of this would have happened"
“Fair facility”
Very disappointed in the location. After traveling all day there were no food services close in location. Also, the continnenial breakfast did not have much to offer.

The carpet had a large stain near the bed, the pillows smelled rank, the air-conditioner was noisy (which was probably a blessing in disguise), the dryer did not work,the bathroom had leftover hair and soap from a previous visitor, the remote did not work and my favorite was the stairwell door did not close which I believe is a fire hazard. Whoever owns this hotel is not into upkeep. Stay away.
“So disappointed”
I was happy to find a country inn at my destination but was so disappointed with this hotel. The lamp was a fire hazard, shot sparks out of the switch. The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were little puff balls, they looked great but when I laid on them they disappeared. No cookies in the cookie jar and the breakfast was very skimpy, no donuts or rolls and the coffee was luke warm. My Mother doesn't travel very often and she was with me for my son's graduation from camp robinson, and I was so disappointed with our stay. I bragged about it all the way there which was an 11 hour drive.
