“Worst experience of any hotel”

Mold in toilet Carpet dirty & stained Stayed two nights, had no maid service. Had to pick up fresh towels at the desk ourselves Was obvious room had not been used in awhile, yet the bed was turned down upon arrival. We stayed only because of a medical emergency. We asked for service, but got none.

“Very well pleased”

Overnight stat for a one-day conference. Excellent customer service. Fantastic room. Great make your own fresh waffles for breakfast. Overall, a wonderful experience. If I need to stay in Little rock again, I will likely want to stay here.

“Very good price/quality/location”

Do not hesitate to check in at this hotel. Servive is excellent, and breakfast too! It is very well located, not far from downtown Little rock (about 10 minutes).
