The shower had only warm water, the TV didnt work, and the bed had sheet and light bedspread but no blanket. When I turned on the heater it made the room stink. I should have just slept in my truck on the side of the road. Never again Howard Johnson

Rundown rooms. Cracks in the ceiling and walls. Pool area and all common areas were nice. Rooms were not great. But good for the price.

The hotel was OLD, but not charming. It was run down, rust EVERYWHERE in the bathroom, rusty water water stains on the ceiling, pealing paint, poor fixed fist holes in the wall... just gross. That said, the bed was clean and surprisingly comfortable. I have stayed with this chain in Santa Ana CA...it was very good. But here in Conway, no. Watch out for that whole can't cancel your reservation thing. Ugh.

There was a roach on the wall, hairs on the wall of the shower. I've stayed here a couple times, it's really gone downhill in the last 2 years. Less like a motel, more like a brothel now.

The website showed a game room but they were all truned off due to covid they said. It qould be really nice if they would uodate the pool and a little paint qould go a long way. The rooms need an uodate. The pictures are very misleading.

Carpet was filthy. Rust was found throughout the room. Linens and bedding were clean. Too few towels and weren’t allowed extras. TV had issues. Place needs some TLC.

This was the worst motel that I have ever stayed. The room was not clean. There were bed bugs. And the worst part was the smell. If it wasn't so late we would have left and paid for a additional hotel some where else.

The pictures lie. They do not show that the majority of the rooms are outside doors. The rooms themselves are outdated and there obviously has not been an update in 50 years. The “breakfast” consisted of Tupperware containers of old cereal and some pieces of white bread to toast. Not the free breakfast they advertised. The staff was very friendly and did let me switch rooms to an inside door but for the money, I was highly disappointed. I could have paid the same for a much nicer hotel in a much better area. Do nothing recommend unless you are nostalgic for the 70s and have more money than sense.

Family friendly hotel
We have stayed at this location before and chose it again because of its location. The hotel is located close to lots of things, and that is good. We were disappointed in the breakfast. It did not have a "hot" breakfast unless you count being able to put toast and bagels in a toaster as being "hot". I know COVID has changed how many places do breakfast, but we were very disappointed.
