“Ramada Inn - Benton, AR”
After driving over 10 hours, this was a good place to stop for the night. No frills. Restaurant adjoined hotel and discount was offered by showing your room key.
“Benton's cleanest hotel”
I was exteremely happy with the stay at this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone traveling in this area.
“OK ... the price was right ... buy cheap, get cheap”
If you need to stay in this area this hotel is adequate, however if you can afford the drive there are hotels that are considerably nicer in Little Rock. If I had to stay in this area again and was unable to stay in Little Rock, I would stay here.
“No frills, but clean and close to the interstate”
If you're just looking for a clean bed and a hot shower as I was, this motel will suit your needs. The staff was pleasant and the attached Denny's restaurant was a convenient place to grab breakfast before getting back on the road.
“Not Satisfied”
I was not happy with my room in the least. First, when I walked in only one light worked in the sleeping area. Second and most important, at 3am while sleeping I was awakened by a banging at the door. It sounded as if someone had a key to the room and was trying to get in. Fortunately, I had dead bolted the door and chained it. We said we were in there and they left. However, the next morning my key did not work at all, as if they had reassigned a key to that room. Also, the dead bolt was unlocked. Therefore, implying that the keys unlock the deadbolt. This hotel did not meet my expectations, nor is it safe at all.
“Place needs to be torn down”
The place looks good from the road but the roof leaks and they have let the whole upstairs deteriorate. Cracks in the cieling needed paint in the room but for a place that advertises that it is a company owned location it really needs to be torn down and to start over so it will be in keeping with the other motels chains in the area.
“Econolodge Motel”
The entire facility is out-dated, in need of a lot of cosmetic repairs, and just looks "seedy"
“Not good”
Room smell nasty. Had to pay 50% more just to have 2 double bed .
“Terrible”
This is the absolute worst hotel I've stayed at in the past five years. The room was run down and shabby but most of all was not clean. The chairs were stained and worn and the carpet leading into the bathroom was frayed. The sink had rust spots in it.
“Not impressed!”
This hotel was in total disrepair. Ceilings were cracked, toilets wouldn't flush propertly. I and my traveling companions requested non-smoking rooms and our rooms did state "non-smoking" on the door, however, it was obvious someone had smoked in both rooms. The air, linens, bed, etc. were so stale it was hard to breathe.
