I like the location near the river and the parks and pedestrian bridges... great place for a walk. Also the dining options and the free trolley service.

The rooms were very nasty abd had long strands of hair in the tub as well as on the shower wall and the bathroom flloor. Will never stay there again

Staff at check-in were wonderful. Staff at the breakfast area were too busy talking to each other to do their job. My breakfast was ice cold and I had to ask twice for my daughter’s food. It came out 20 minutes after mine. I’d stay again but would definitely not eat in the breakfast area.

Great hotel, very comfy
My son and I booked a room to attend a concert close by. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Room was beautiful and comfortable. They only issue I had was that I was charged $20 twice for a hold but the last at customer service couldn't see it on her end. Her best guess was that it will be refunded and then just charge me $11 for the parking garage.

Great place great employees
Me and my husband's favorite hotel now. Been twice. So clean, comfy, awesome outdoor fire pit, and bar. The ladies up front are so nice and helpful. The sweet bartender is awesome and went above and beyond! Book this hotel!
