11 minutes from the.oriente train station. staff was friendly. breakfast was.good. lots of veriaty. shower had a problem with the water preasure, our phone didn't work but they came quickly to fix it.

The ventilation in the bedroom was not working! We reported and staff said to open the windows to get air this went for 2 days! I contacted Expedia and request refund or price adjustment and that did not happened! We were moved to 9th floor and the ventilation was still a problem! We did not get any apology from hotel staff who are very rude!

I loved the window that expanded full length of the outer Wall. I went to step out onto patio but the door would only open 4 inches. Price was over $200 and that did not include breakfast. It was ok for the price they charge.

The rooms were large and clean, and the hotel was in a convenient location. I specifically chose it because it was close to the airport and provided parking (for a small fee). Great hotel for the value and would stay here again!

Very nice hotel. Well located at Parque das Nacoes. Short drive to Lisbon downtown. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Nice bed and pillows. Very good Customer service. Not a complaint, but in my opnion the bathroom should have more hanger towels, there is on over the sink, hard to reach and another one close to the bowel brush. The water run from the glass to the bathroom floor because the glass is not sealed. Also the bathtub is super hight. A person short like me or maybe older my have some difficult to get in

Great location you can walk from the train station to this property. Near the big mall, Altice Arena (where we went to see a show) and good restaurants. Very nice bar with great prices and friendly staff. Have already booked another stay at the end of January.

For 3 hour early checkin, they wanted to charge 60 EUR. The rooms have practically no sound insulation. You can hear your neighbors that is very disruptive when you try to sleep. No coffee in the room and the tv was outdated. Never going back there. However, we liked the location.

Modern hotel near Lisbon-Orient train station and not far from the airport. All staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big, free in-room safe, everything worked and was clean. Would stay again if in that area.

Very convenient location out of hustle if main city but parking and hotel amenities are all paid for at an extra cost including stocked mini bar.

Modern hte
Check-in was fast and easy. The room was great w a spectacular view of the Tagus River and the modern buildings located in this part of Lisbon. Not that close to airport or Alfama. Very comfortable beds. Fantastic brunch. Staff was accommodating but not warm and welcoming like in smaller hotels. Couldn’t get assistance w getting a cab at check out

Our experience with them front desk service person was not good at all - we were staying only one night ( already paid) we need a taxi - she won’t call one until we returned the room keys. The front desk person was the same one we did the checking
