“Very nice hotel”
5 month old hotel - typical small European room, minimalist decor but nice. Convenient to Hop 0n Hop off bus starting point at Marques de Pombal circle. Staff were courteous, however they never mentioned that there was a restaurant at the facility, or where it could be found. There was no information packet about the hotel in the room. There was a major event in the area one night we were there and it would have been nice to know about it. Only MINOR complaint was that there was nowhere in the shower to put soap or shampoo except on the floor. And that glass wall in the shower to the bedroom, whoo hoo! There was a shade, but bottom up would have been nice for extra light We had breakfasts at a little pastelleria across the street.
“Turim Lisboa AV Da Liberdade”
Great brand new boutique style hotel just opened Spring 2011. Location is great and staff are very polite and prompt at any requests. I would stay there again and highly recommend.
“Excellent Choice in Lisbon”
This is a very sleek, modern boutique hotel, coveniently located just off the Avenue de Liberdade in Lisbon. It is walking distance from most of the key sites in Lisbon. The place is immaculately clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. A computer with free internet access is available in the lobby. The surrounding neighborhood had a number of nice local restaurants and patisseries. We were very pleased with our two-night stay here.

Good hotel experience, Lisbon is not one of my favorite cities though. Quite boring in my opinion.

“New Hotel located in business district”
This is a new hotel, which is located in the business district. It is about a 15-20 min (with a slight uphill) walk to the centre of city where all the restaurants and shops are located. The breakfast was included in our rate. It was basic, but sufficient. We stayed there 6 nights, and for us it became a hassle having to walk to the centre all the time, it would have been better to stay closer to the centre. However, if you only stay there a few nights it would probably not be such a problem.
“Hôtel agréable et bien situé”
La note est seulement convenable à cause des problèmes que nous avons rencontrés à notre arrivée, pas de lit de prévu pour notre fils de 15 ans et chambre trop petite pour en rajouter un, et aussi problème à notre départ avec un retard important de la navette reserve par l'hôtel pour nous conduire à l'aéroport! Dans les deux cas, le personnel ne s'est pas montré très impliqué dans un premier temps et il a fallu montrer notre mécontentement pour que la solution soit apportée.
“Badly organised, poor customer service.”
The staff at this hotel were unfriendly and not very helpful. We had booked a twin room over a month in advance but on arrival were informed that the room hadn't been reserved for us due to a mistake. We had to stay in a double room with an extra portable single bed for one night before being moved to a twin room. The room bookings at this hotel seem to be rather badly organised as a couple were given a swipe card for our room and walked in while we were in the room! We gave feedback on all of this, but the staff weren't very apologetic or receptive to our concerns. There are also building works taking place at the back of the hotel so there was a lot of loud noise first thing every morning. While this isn't necessarily under the hotel's control it's not ideal for guests staying in the rooms that are affected.
