“Excellent option to stay in Lisbon”

The hotel was renewed a few years ago. The service was fantastic, only problem was not replacing the soap in the bathroom, they would take the used one and did not leave a new. We had to ask for it more them one day. Besides that everything was great. I highly recommend it.

“Great Hotel”

We had a Club room, views over Lisbon were superb. The hotel has recently been refurbished, is very modern and contemporary inside, a great experience. Dinner on the 25th floor was exceptional, the food and service were 6 star

“Lisbon Aug 2010”

A top hotel with very, very helpful staff. We got upgraded on arrival due to my Starwood Guest membership which was a nice bonus. Easy to get around but always had a good supply of taxis waiting to take you to your destination if the heat means you don't fancy walking. Drinks in the hotel bar a bit on the pricey side, but hey it is a hotel bar after all. Only down side is you need to pay extra to use the pool. 12 euros gets you use of the pool and all the other facilities in the spa (you have to pay extra for any treatments) which I thought was steep for the one hour I wanted to actually use the pool. Bit miffed that was not advertised anywhere and strange to have to pay to use your own pool. Apart from that, no faults or complaints with the hotel itself, location or staff. Would stay again - if I didn't intend to use the pool!

“Very good hotel”

My only criticism would be that you had to pay 12.50 euros to use the pool and spa facilities, which are really not worth that much. Room was lovely though.

“Excellent Lisbon experience”

Excellent hotel with friendly pleasant staff.Room was wonderful - towels and linen changed daily if requested.Surprised that paper cups were supplied for in-room tea/coffee - out of character with the rest of 5 star facilities.Good location for main square for "hop -on/off" city tour buses;20 min walk to main city restaurant area BUT plenty good quality eating place around the hotel area;also shopping malls close by. Taxi airport transfer only 10/12 euros and 15 minutes away. Overall excellent.

“Luxury in Lisboa”

Concrete monstrosity on outside but pleasantly stylish and chic on the inside. Put us both in a good mood and had such an enjoyable stay that we managed to forgive them for the ridiculous charge to use the pool and spa. Breakfast very good. Staff excellent.

“One of Lisbon's Finest”

The hotel is situated close to the metro with easy access to the centre of Lisbon. Deluxe rooms were very comfortable with great views over the city. We did not eat in the hotel as the food was very pricey, however we did treat ourselves to a cocktail in the top floor bar as the views are spectacular. Again not the cheapest place to eat or drink. The hotel has pool and spa facilities - which we did not try out as there was a daily charge for this - not mentioned in the hotel literature. On the whole we had a thoroughly enjoyable time and the hotel and Lisbon was great. We would certainly use the hotel again if the price was right!!

“Affordable Luxury”

Club class room was well worth the upgrade, especially for the use of the club lounge. Room was well appointed and comfortable king-size bed. Very good breakfast, plenty of selection.

“be careful at reception desk”

Clean, good breakfast, but during our check in the lady in the reception desk asked for extra guest price although I paid it via expedia. When I said look carefully to my voucher, she called somewhere and they talked in portugese and after she said yes you are right.

“Quite Enjoyable!”

Staff could have been more helpful and int he know, concierge provided incorrect information n things to do and things of interest that were near by. On Easter Sunday, we ignored him and went to Cascais anyway and everything was open...and we had a great day! Hotel itself is extremely well kept and lovely!
