“Faultless”

This is one of the few hotels that truly deserves 5 stars. The devil is in the detail and they are riddled with sin here. This is a hotel that is used to dealing with Embassy officials, several of which are its neighbors. So they go out their way to make sure you have everything you require. Space, comfort, luxury, intimacy and flawless detail to attention. So much so, that after spending 6 nights here, then doing a tour of Seville and southern Algarve we decided to extend our holiday and go back and spend another 4 nights here.

“Outstanding hotel”

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in: outstanding service. beautiful room (overlooking a garden and pool). Not inexpensive, but well worth it. I would certainly stay here again on my next visit to Lisbon.

“Un palace qui porte bien son nom!”

Tout est parfait au Lapa Palace, y compris le décor au creux d'un parc luxuriant aux Ficus centenaires. Le personnel est toujours à l'écoute et satisfait vos moindres besoins. Un seul bémol, on peut entendre l'eau du bain de votre voisin du dessus qui coule ( et si votre voisin est un couche tard...) L'hôtel est un peu excentré, mais de nombreux bus et tramways le déservent. Alors pas d'hésitation!

“Extremely professional, beautiful property in Lisbon”

This hotel was extremely professional and of high quality. The location is only ok if you are interested in walking around the city . . . otherwise, you will need a taxi or car service to take you to the highlights of the city. The food for dinner at the hotel was also only ok - much prefer to go some place in the city. Other than that, the grounds are great and relaxing if you are interested in sitting poolside and reading a book. Guest rooms are great (stayed in Riverview room). Bathrooms are large and of high quality - so is the sleeping room. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.
