Property Amenities

The apartments are located right in the Cais do Sodre, in the most amazing night of Lisbon. The pink floor is the lifting of the veil, for those arriving by day to have a first contact with the street vibration that starts at that dusk. The terraces cafes, bars, restaurants and nightclubs, then fill with life, dominated by creativity and good taste. It is undoubtedly the "spot" at the time in Lisbon, the best kept secret for those who like to have fun.

Served by Metro (Green Line), train (Cascais line, with access to dozens of beaches) with a direct connection to the Aerobus (bus line from airport to city center) and the Chiado, Bairro Alto, Baixa and the Terreiro do Paço at a walking distance, has no parallel in Lisbon on the centrality and versatility enabled by its location.

The apartments are located in renewed building (urban renewal program in 2009, SRU's Baixa), that preserved its original architecture, and added all the conditions and comfort that are required in a modern building, including a total soundproofing. All our apartments have daily cleaning service, which includes full linen and towel change when requested. Pots, pans and plates can be cleaned safely in the dishwasher. Washing up is not part of the daily cleaning service (option on request). Of course, you can expect our help or guidance whenever you need anything - whether your question is related to the apartment or you want information about the city, a restaurant recommendation, the best places for shopping, or a guide to get the best cultural experiences. “appartement à Lisbonne”

Appartement très convenable situé dans le centre. En revanche le quartier est en totale rénovation et la rue possède de nombreux immeubles qui sont encore délabrés Il faut absolument savoir qu'il faut téléphoner avant pour avoir les codes d'entrée car c'est un apparetment qui ne se trouve pas dans un apart' hotel. Il n'y a pas de réception.

“Customer Service, Space, Value, + Full disclosure”

Fantastic to have a flat in Lisbon with excellent transit links and easy access to the city. Full disclosure: it's a bit of a red light district outside with nightclubs until late every night etc. However, with the double-paned windows, we were not disturbed at all by the noise and our 2-year-old slept like a dream. Customer service was EXCELLENT!! Our request for a baby cot didn't make it through the booking system to the hotel, but within minutes of arrival (late night when there aren't on site staff), a baby cot appeared!! Magic!

“Lisboa apartment”

Neighborhood was real edgy. Like grafitti,broken bottles,condoms,feces,urine,bars,hookers and hash dealers. Just Lisbon. Apartment was nice on inside . Once you got used to outside there was a supermarket two blocks away. Restaurants were good in area. Fun was had. But i am a big tuff looking dude,if I was a girl or elderly couple may I want to take care for sure. NO bugs were in apartment either which was a relief!
