Property Amenities
Hotel Real Palacio includes a complimentary health club with six-person spa tub on a raised deck furnished with cushioned lounge chairs, unisex sauna, and steam room. Hotel Real Palacio offers 147 contemporary air-conditioned guestrooms and suites with light-wood furniture, panelling, and cabinetry in a six-storey building. All rooms and suites include exterior- or courtyard-view French windows, or furnished balconies. Pillow menus offer four choices, including non-allergenic silicone and goose-duck feathers.
Desks come with direct-dial telephones and complimentary broadband Internet connections. Safes can accommodate laptop computers. Amenities also include cable television with international channels, pay movies, umbrellas, and minibars. Marble bathrooms contain telephones, bidets, shower/tub combinations, bathrobes, and fresh flowers.

Guests of the Hotel Real Palacio enjoy a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning in the Real breakfast room.
Restaurante Guarda do Real - Fine-dining restaurant open for lunch and dinner. Courtyard seating available in warm weather. Portuguese and international fare, including speciality cod and lamb dishes.
Real - Two-room, two-level bar and lounge with upholstered seating. Additional tables in glass-covered courtyard with orange-stucco walls. Morning breakfast, as well as bar service, snack and light dishes served throughout the day.
Recreation
Running trails lace Edward VII Park two blocks from Hotel Real Palacio. Public tennis courts can be found in parks within 200-600 metres of the hotel. A horse stable is approximately 1 kilometre away. Sailboats can be hired at marinas on the waterfront, two kilometres from the hotel.

“Très bon hotel”
Très bon hotel, avec un acceuil excelent du personnel. L'hotel n'est pas placé très près du centre ville, mais dans un quartier calme.
“Excellent position”
The hotel and staff were excellent - The buffet is good and ample - dont be confused by the request tab (for room service) it states 'continental breakfast incl (rolls, cakes, etc) but when you are seated in breafast area there is also a choice of bacon, eggs, sausage etc., The nearest metro station is only about 4mins away S. Sebastiao which links to the El Corte Store - You must go to the Oceanario - fantastic - hotel staff will give you directions for metro etc.,

This was a girly weekend and we were all very happy with the hotel. We were B&B and the buffet breakfast was superb.The rooms were spotless,a good size and nicely decorated.Check-in was easy and quick and the staff very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this 5 star hotel. The staff all spoke good english and were more than helpful.Excellent breakfast buffet included in the price and free room safe and internet access. We ate one night in the restaurant which was excellent but more expensive than restaurants in Lisbon and there is also food available in the bar. We did feel the hotel location limited other places to eat locally as it was in a buisness area ,so this meant catching a tram into the city centre,which was cheap and easy.
“Good location”
The hotel was in a good spot close to the city centre and with plenty of near by public transport options. The airport bus brought us very close and there were also two other buses we could have used. There was a very convenient super market about 100m from the front door that was handy for buying drinks rather than use the hotel bars or minin bar. We enjoyed breakfast. There was excellent variety. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

“Excellent choice for my Wife`s Birthday treat !”
It was a sheer pleasure to be there. Staff were very courteous and most spoke English , too. Very helpful. Food was excellent and beautifully presented.
“Top quality hotel”
The rooms were exceptionally quiet compared to other hotels I have stayed in. This was particulary impressive as we were overlooking a busy road. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke very good english. They gave us useful recommendations and nothing was too much trouble.
