“Location perfect, standard low.”

The location is perfect - the old town area, close to attractions, subway, trams, buses and restaurants. The standard is rather low. If you are looking for location go for it but if you want to spend time at the hotel look for something different.

“The Best Location Ever”

This little hotel, has the best location you can find in Lisbon. 2 blocks from the Metro (Baixa-Chiado), 3 blocks from the tram stop and 4 blocks from the train station (Rossio). So easy to get to all parts of the city. Lots of little cafes and restaurants around. The neighborhood is pretty safe to walk around all times. It can get a bit noisy, but nothing that an earplug can't fix. Breakfast is pretty basic, bread, coffee and juice. Typical Portuguese breakfast. Room and bathroom are kind of small, but since we only use the hotel for sleeping, spend most of the day on the road, it was fine. Room was clean and well kept throughout our stay. Definitely not a family hotel, mainly for adults.

“Young low budget travellers”

For young and low budget travellers this is a perfect choice. The location is great, right in the center, close to restaurants and bars. The room is very small and the curtains and bed cover are very old, but the sheets are clean. The shared bathroom was not very clean so bring flipflops with you.

“Hotel duas nacoes ideal pour visiter Lisbonne”

Hotel tres tres bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne metro pas loin et proche des restaurants, peu isoler et chauffage rudimentaire mais qui chauffe, dejeuner pas pour les mangeurs de saucisse mais acceptable, on etait satisfait car on n'y etait pas pour passer nos journées mais bien pour visiter lisbonne

“Great location and affordable”

The location is great, right between Alfama and Chiado. It is more a nice pension than a hotel, with many rooms without bathroom. I did not notice that my reservation did not include a bathroom, but managed to get one upon arrival at the reception, for 2 digit euros a night. My room was recently renovated, small but very comfortable and clean, with AC, flat screen, great shower and balcony... but my friend was not as lucky and got an old room overlooking a shaft, strange bathroom, only a fan and old furniture, like a different hotel! The helpful staff, however, managed to change her room in the next day to a better one. The breakfast could be richer, but I guess it was included (friends staying close to us had to pay extra in their fancy hotel). Overall, it is a great value in the heart of Lisbon and I would stay there again!

“Unbeatable Location!”

My boyfriend and I stayed here and the location was perfect, it's near everything. We stayed in the double bed with no bathroom option. There was one shower and one toilet in separate rooms, shared on the floor. This option was clearly for young people, more of a hostel feel. I didn't look at other rooms but there were a variety of accommodations available for all travelers. Best possible location, will go here again for sure. Recommended very highly.

“Residencial Duas Nações, Lisbonne”

Hôtel (très) vieillot en plein centre de Lisbonne (quartier de la Baixa). Hôtel très propre en dépit du confort très sommaire. Principaux intérêts : la localisation, la gentillesse du personnel, le prix. Principaux désavantages : le petit déjeuner et l'âge de l'hôtel.

“Lisboa”

Hotel as stated in many a review is slap bang in the heart of Lisbon, the plus point of this is that your not far away from the attractions, sea front and public transport. The slight downside is that it's noisy if your on the 1st floor as we were. But we knew this before we went and had no quarms with the outcomes. Overall for the price you can't go wrong.
