I didn’t have toilet paper for the first day of my stay, and the shower was either boiling or freezing, no in between, but otherwise the area is amazing, the staff is very friendly and accommodating

This is a very old hotel with very small rooms, but we liked the authentic antique wooden floors and stairs. A good value for a short stay in a very happening area of town.

They used a very good camera because the room we had did not look like the photos . The elevator was broken again! Does it ever work ??? from what I read in other reviews . Only 75 steps to our forth floor room with heavy luggage. No compensation to be had. But I had a personal best for showering in the smallest shower in my life. I felt like a specimen in a test tube!!!

the place needs a lot of work. the elevator does not work - the stairs were challenging as they seem to change as you go up. The bathroom super small - my knees touch the sink when seating on the toilet.

The hotel is conveniently located however it is an old building. The elevator is extremely slow and can only accommodate 1 person at a time so you are forced to take the stairs which seem to have some structural issues because they all slant downwards towards the middle making it feel like a fun house. There was mold along the bottom of the terrace doors but the room itself was well cleaned everyday. The breakfast very basic.

Horrible property, elevator with 1-person max capacity, the condition of the property is extremely poor, the condition of the rooms is awful and very nasty, the fifth floor don't have access to the lift and the stairs are so crooked that you hit and hurt your knees in every step, I was supposed to spend the night and we couldn't, we left that horrific false advertised placed in just hours. Me as a Orbitz VIP member cannot recommend anyone to stay here not even homeless people, as fact Orbitz should stop promoting this place. I have a ton of pictures that I'll share in a different review.

Great location if you like to party all night. Wonderful staff but the hotel was not heated and the lift was for one person at a time!

Overall, I’m very happy with my stay. The location was perfect to walk around and have a little bit of night life. I felt safe but I was also aware of my surroundings as it should be at any tourist place.

Not great. Elevator is only for luggage and often doesn't work. Watch out if you have a room on a higher floor. Breakfast is not included, not even coffee! Rooms and basic and do the job, with air con, but have a smell. Noise isolation is bad, you can hear outside and other rooms. Ratio price/quality is bad.

This is ah old Property that smells like mold and has an elevator that does not work The receptionist was not there we have to wait for her 20 minutes the area is very noise and there are drug dealers outside all over the place The whole thing feels unsafe from the state of the property to the people outside the water the linens just ugly

We were booked for 3 nights. Our flight was cancelled and rebooked but we couldn’t arrive until the next day. We were charged for the night and I figured we would be but I wanted to make sure we had the room for the rest of the days. I emailed the hotel and received no response so I contacted the place I booked the room through and they also tried to call and got no answer and sent an email no response. We had to leave early in the morning of our departure day and wasn’t offered any kind of breakfast! To top it off we had no electricity so we couldn’t see to pack or shower and couldn’t see very well to leave when we asked and they couldn’t help us in any way. The room was clean and neat. So I don’t feel like they help me or it was worth my money not sure I would ever stay again

Great location, but nothing else about it
Location was awesome. But for the love of god, stay somewhere else - we wish we did. The first night we stayed on the fifth floor. Musky smell. Shower doesn't drain. AC was awful. Hairdryer doesn't work. Bed was so old and worn the springs pricked me while sleeping. We complained and asked to be upgraded but were told tough luck. After complaining to Hotels.com they did agree to move us to another room that was only slightly better, but noisier. AC smelled of mould, but at least the bed springs didn't hurt me. There is basically no elevator. We only used it to send our luggage up and down. The stairs are crooked as hell - be careful. A crappy motel by the side of the highway is better quality than this. Stay elsewhere - don't make the same mistake we did. And *DEFINITELY* don't book the non refundable rate.

Great for a weekend
Great location, but in a very busy area especially at night, if you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this hotel. But for a quick weekend away, it was a lovely location and felt pretty central to all the places we wanted to go. I would skip the breakfast, the pastries were stale, there wasn't much choice when it came to hot food

This hotel is located in city center, great location to everything restaurants, shopping, transportation and many other things. The hotel it self doesn't give you a good impression when you arrive due to how small the lobby is. The elevator is very small thank God we were on the first floor overlooking the cafe's. I room itself was small, but we only would go to showers and sleep. The shower super tiny and the room had no where to hang your towels afterwards. Another thing is that around 2:30 am the garbage truck parks underneath our window with the engine running,and couldn't sleep because of the noise. I informed the staff but it was like whatever. They couldn't do anything about that.Besides all of that the the location was amazing maybe just get a higher floor with a better bathroom that you have a place for your towels. Location I highly recommend hotel just look into the room you pick. Vacation 5/2023 Thank you.

Location vs quality
Superior location but don’t expect a lot. Tiny rooms and even more tiny shower. Even there is no space for towel hooks. If you are on a bigger side you just won’t fit. No mini fridge, no iron… but you can sacrifice if you want to stay in the heart of the city for a reasonable price.

Great location in main tourist area. Was way to hot in the room during the day/night. The lobby was cooler but as you go up is hot. Old style boutique hotel and room is tiny. Elevator one person at the time

The location is excellent we booked a room for three and the elevator was a single only went up to the 4th floor we had to carry our luggage to the 5th floor The drapes in the hotel needed to be washed the blankets needed to be replaced

this hotel is ok. the building is very old. they don't turn on the Air Conditioning in the shared areas, therefore the smell of the lobby and the dining room is really bad and very hot. at night, it is very noisy because bars are near the hotel. the good thing about this hotel is the location. it is in the center.
